Smoothie King — Restaurant in Oxford

Antoinette J took our order in the drive thru and was extremely rude to me and my family as we were trying to order. I'd never been to smoothie king before and I ordered a Green Tea tango and I was not aware that it came with an add-in option so I was a bit confused when she asked me if I wanted a fruit or veggie.

Instead of helping me in my confusion with the order Antoinette was extremely impatient with me and snapped at me and just kept barking at me "fruit or veggie? " in an angry tone and sighing and making me feel dumb even when I tried to ask for clarification. Eventually her coworker took over and finally explained my options to me and I could finally complete my order.

After we pulled up to the window to pay, when the other coworker repeated our order to us, I realized Antoinette rang me up for a 32 Oz instead of a 20 Oz drink. Because I was so flustered with how rude Antoinette had been to me, I didn't realize that a medium at Smoothie King was not the 20 Oz size. That was my mistake and I understand that now but instead of simply changing the order I heard Antoinette say in the background very loudly "I repeated their order back to them but whatever".

For the entire interaction with Antoinette I just continued to feel extremely insulted and she just made me feel very dumb and small the whole time. I just simply wanted to go to smoothie king today and leave with a tasty smoothie to enjoy and instead I left feeling awful and insulted and I don't think I would return if this is how the employees at smoothie king treat...

I'm a regular visitor to Smoothie King as I'm on the road a lot, and their smoothies are incredible. Tonight, after a long day, I ordered an Acai Bowl and a Smoothie through the app and went through the drive-through for pickup. Nobody else was in line, and I didn't have to wait long. The smoothie was excellent! If you need a recommendation, get the Peanut Power Plus Strawberry. It's amazing. The acai bowl, though...was a significant letdown. I really dislike blueberries—a lot. So, I modified my order on the app to remove blueberries and add extra bananas instead. I guess the person working went too fast and didn't see the edit, so I had blueberries in the bowl, and no, it's not the end of the world, but it sucked as I ate around them even after giving a few a try to see if I liked them. Nope. Smoothie King, you rarely let me down. Slow down and read the order. I need to have confidence in a mobile...

ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! the manager and his workers are so mean. They always have a terrible look on their face. I spend 15$ on a smoothie bowl almost everyday and I visit other smoothie kings and the consistency of their bowls are always much better than oxfords so I decide to start calling 2 hours ahead to let the manager know I would like no water in my bowl and my bananas cut smaller. He threw a fit basically saying they don’t cater to customers and reassured me nothing was going to happen to him or his customers!! Im scared to even spend money here anymore the manager gives off the vibe of spitting...
