I hate to leave a bad review because I know they just recently opened, but it was just such a bad experience. The server who took care of our table kept forgetting about us and served a party of 4+ (we were a party of 2) before she served us. She took their order first, delivered their drinks and went about cleaning tables before she remembered she hadn't given us our drinks. We even asked for waters along with our drinks and she didn't give us that either. Then as for the wait time, it wouldn't have bothered me(or my partner) much IF the food would have been fine. But when we got our 2 orders of chicken(8 pcs) one of them was cold. The sauce on the chicken was warm but the chicken itself was cold. If the wait time meant they were cooking the chicken that would have made sense but we waited about 30 mins for the chicken to come out cold. It's almost like it had been sat there and then slathered with sauce. We gave it back and they said they would remake it but we decided to cancel that part of the order after we realized it would probably take another 30 mins for that mew batch to come out. What was weird about our visit was that the managers didn't seem to want to help their staff when it's obvious that they got overwhelmed when a new wave of people came in. It seemed like only one of the staff (outside the kitchen) was on their A game multitasking several duties that they probably weren't assigned to. I really hope that they figure out what they need to do to make it work, because even though I probably won't return, having korean food make it out here has been a long time desire of mine. If this place falls apart, who knows if more franchises will be willing...

I've read the reviews here and had fair warnings from my friends, unfortunately that didn't quite prepare my disappointment for the length of time it took them to have my food ready. I placed the order online at 6:13p on Fri, took my dog out for a short walk, then walked to the store to pickup, got there at around 6:45, there was a line of not so happy folks waiting for their food. A few others that were seated didn't have food on their table either, I checked in and was told they're working on my order so I seated myself by the wall. Every 10mins or so I'd check in, at my 3rd one, my food is finally ready. There was no apology, no explanation. Instead, he included 2 containers of pickled radish in my bag.
The Ddeok-Bokki was piping hot and chicken not so much anymore. Does that mean it took them an hour to make the Ddeok-Bokki? When I make them at home, it takes 20-30mins. Does that mean they didn't start on my order until I got there? Looks like they're still struggling with keeping up with orders, I do notice most folks were there to pickup. The folks seated at the tables didn't get their food yet so who knows how long they've been waiting.
I got the half & half whole chicken, both original and sauced versions were very good, the crispiness was addicting and each piece was tender, so flavorful and just delicious. The Ddeok-Bokki was good too but on the spicy side, love dipping the chicken pieces in the sauce,...

Place is clean and fresh. Went 2 times already, food tasted great the first and last time. One discrepancy is the serving sizes on the chicken fried rice, first time I got a full amount second time looked like I got maybe 2/3 the original amount. I'm paying $14.99 for the fried rice, better get all of it. lol
Tried 5 flavors with family, all great in their own ways but Gangnam Style by far the best one for me. If they could make a spicer version of it, it would be elite. Was not a fan of the pickle radish side that all the fried chicken comes with. Maybe more alternatives would be nice, like a side of jalapeños.
Staff was friendly and food took less than 17 minutes to arrive for a party of 4.
Overall, really worth checking out and trying at least 5+ flavors, I brought my family and we all get a different one. Would be a 5 star but the inconsistent serving sizes is a small fixable red flag.
Probably a place I'd go...
