Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Oxnard

This is hands down the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I love the food…that will never change…but the service here is absolutely terrible. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with blank stares and attitude, as if I’m inconveniencing the employees by simply ordering food. God forbid I ask for something extra. Today I simply asked for lettuce first on my bowl, and the girl rolled her eyes at me without saying a word then served it. Once we got to checkout, I asked for Italian vinaigrette, and the cashier, again with attitude, “Yeah, we have vinaigrette, we do not have ITALIAN vinaigrette.” Maybe that doesn’t sound bad in writing, but trust me, the way it was said made it very clear that basic customer service is not a priority here. I work in the hospitality industry, so I get it…long shifts, dealing with all types of costumers, wanting to go home. But this level of rudeness? Unacceptable. Do better. My husband and I came to our usual chipotle Mexican grill spot at 369.w esplanade dr Oxnard ca, I would say we usually come about 3x a week . Long story short . We felt very disrespected by one of your employees by the name of “ Noemi “ she kept arguing with my HUSBAND, because she hardly put meat on his bowl . We had ask for a little bit more , then she said,” it would be extra . ( which we didn’t mind paying ) but keep in mind their wasn’t a lot of meat on his bowl . I was getting a bit frustrated because of the way she was acting .then as other employee was serving my plate she whisper to her saying why is she giving me so much meat ? I was very annoyed… I’m all about customer serivce , even if the customer might be wrong you never want to talk back and be disrespectful!! Mind you we were polite , after the fact that she was rude .. I will also send a bad review to chipotle , and file a complaint...

I came here today with my parents and we regreted coming here right away. There was food on the ground in the dinning area and lots of it. Same goes for their drink station for it to was littered with food as well. The worse one of all is how they folded my burrito, not even half way through eating my burrito it began to collapse on me. I did my best to maintain the shape but it collapse and I just stared at the remaining of the burrito thinking if it was going to be this bad I would've just went to go eat at the in and out right next door. We bought a bag of chips as well and it was such a bad quality that we didn't even finish them, they tasted like cheap Mexican tortilla chips simply dipped into salt. I gone to many Chipotle locations and it hasn't been this terrible before or even compared to other locations and the seats...
