Yep, just as I thought, an angry customer leaving a bad review targeting one of the employees. As a bystander both the employee and guest were in the wrong. From a broader perspective, I find it shameful that a mother aggressively knocked on the window demanding to speak with the employees. The employee who opened the window seemed to be a minor. As an adult I find it embarrassing that a grown person had the audacity to be disrespectful and yell at a minor who seemed to be around her sons age. Treating minimum wage workers with respect and dignity is essential. The way she approached and spoke to the adolescent was not respectful in any way. I believe that every worker deserves basic human dignity. When treated with dignity, employees are more likely to feel valued, which can lead to increased morale and productivity. Maybe the teenager did not respond in a polite manner but as the adults we should do better. Many minimum wage workers are not just teenagers looking for pocket money, they may be juggling multiple jobs, attending school, or supporting families while making ends meet. When minimum wage workers feel valued and acknowledged, they are more likely to go above and beyond in their job performance. This can result in improved service, enhanced customer satisfaction, and a more welcoming atmosphere for everyone. A simple act of kindness or acknowledgment can create a ripple effect that benefits all parties involved. Many individuals in low-wage positions face stress from financial uncertainty, and facing disrespect or mistreatment can exacerbate this stress. Understanding the pressures they face can foster empathy and compassion. I like to think of myself as an ice cream aficionado, and let me tell you—this is some incredible ice cream!

First, the texture. I’m not sure if "frothy" is the right word to describe a solid, but it’s the best adjective I can come up with. The texture is light and airy, making every bite an absolute delight.

Second, the flavor. I’ve tried three flavors so far, and all of them were absolutely delicious. Each one featured real chunks of the ingredients they’re based on, which elevated the experience. For instance, the mango and pineapple sorbet had just the right amount of actual fruit, giving it a vibrant, refreshing flavor that broke away from the monotony of typical ice creams. Meanwhile, the key lime pie flavor included little chunks of what I assume were pie crust, which perfectly balanced out the tartness typically associated with lime-flavored treats.

Third, the staff. While working on some last-minute construction details before their opening, I found myself wandering over there more often than I probably should have, pestering them for free samples. Not only were they happy to oblige, but their great sense of humor and welcoming attitude made the experience unforgettable. I’ll always cherish those fond memories.
