Emanuel florez ( incorrect spelling. The gentleman was very impatient providing his name. He immediately closed and locked the drive thru glass after saying his name. More on this later.) is disgusting and ignored me on purpose because i arrived at the drive through, as he said, at 11:56pm when they closed at 12:00pm. Im sure i was there by 11:52, per my clock. However, I'm ok with not taking orders at certain time, but if you can tell me when I arrive, you could have at least said we are not talking any orders at that time. Then, I go on my mary way. I literally said hello at least 10 times to no answer at the drive thru order section. I then pulled up to the pick up line. He side eyes my vehicle and walks away. At that point, he could have said we are closed. Ignored, I then proceeded to knock on the window as i see him walking back and forth. At this poiny, i didnt want food anymore. I wanted his name to address his lack professionalism. I understand fast food is not the easiest job, but his attitude and dimenar was unbecoming of a manager. This kid needs some serious customer relationship training. Instead of ignoring my request at the drive thru, he could have simply let me know that they were closed for the night. I hate writing bad reviews but please coach this young man so that he can have positive experiences...
Read moreI've Loved Arby's since I used to go to the one on Peachtree Rd in Atlanta (Buckhead) Georgia in the mid-80's. I was really excited when we got one on Palm Bay Road in West Melbourne, FL but after 5 or 6 visits, I'm done. Every time I've been to this store, I've gotten cold, stale inedible fries that tasted like they were left over from the day before (both curly and crinkle fries) and lukewarm sandwiches. EVERY. TIME. I thought maybe Arby's had just really gone downhill but I happened to visit the Arby's on 192 in Melbourne a couple of weeks ago and it was exceptional. Everything was hot and fresh and the older gentleman who was the manager was really nice and helpful. I have to assume the Palm Bay Road location just has really bad management. Much of their business probably comes from travelers off of I 95 so I guess they don't care about repeat business. If you're a local and want good Arby's, definitely skip this store and head to the 192 store...
Read moreMy husband and I came to the drive through of this Arby's on October 18 and we ordered the new Beef nugget sandwich and jalapeño poppers with rxtra ranch dressing (the sweet hot sauce provided with the jalapeño poppers has too much sugar for my diabetic husband). The service was friendly and fast - and they got the order right. The jalapeño poppers were awesome, as always, but I want to give a shout out for the new Beef nuggets!!!! This was served on a soft bun with cheese and bits of onion rings and fries for crunch. The meat is slow smoked and has a taste and texture of brisket without all the fat. This meat is so fall-apart tender that a person with no teeth could eat it and be happy. (We both have teeth, lol, but this would be good news for denture wearers. This was delicious!!! Arby's...
