I had a deeply disappointing and concerning experience with Lynora’s in Palm Beach Gardens and unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant. This was a carryout order, and upon opening the food at home, I discovered a piece of glass inside my beef short ribs with risotto. I bit into it and nearly swallowed it before realizing what it was. This is a serious safety hazard! If my sibling, who recently had dental surgery, had encountered it, the outcome could have been severe. When glass breaks in a kitchen, everything in the surrounding area should be discarded to prevent contamination. Allowing it to end up in a customer’s meal is unacceptable. We immediately repackaged the food and returned it directly to the restaurant, handing it to the manager along with the piece of glass. The manager was professional and apologetic, and I do not fault him personally, but the fact remains that this reflects a serious lapse in kitchen safety and quality control. In addition, for those with dietary restrictions: Lynora’s baseline tomato sauces contain pork base and anchovies. This is not made clear on the menu, which means the food is not vegan-friendly and unsuitable for non-pork eaters. Customers deserve transparency about ingredients, and this omission is misleading. As for the quality of the food: • The rigatoni alla vodka was bland and undercooked. When we asked for Pomodoro instead, the dish was watery, flavorless, and unsatisfying. • The so-called focaccia bread was simply pizza dough baked flat — chewy, dry, and nothing like true focaccia. Between the serious health risk of glass in my meal, the lack of clear ingredient disclosure, and the poor execution of the dishes, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. For the sake of food safety and dining quality, I cannot recommend Lynora’s and will not be returning. UPDATE: Hello Lynora’s Team, Thank you for your reply to my review. I do want to clarify why I raised the issue about your tomato sauces. When I personally called the restaurant before my visit, I was told directly by a staff member (who said she spoke with mgmt) that your baseline tomato sauces contain pork and anchovies. That information is the reason I requested a substitution for the Pomodoro sauce in my meal. However, in your public response you stated that your marinara sauce does not contain pork or anchovies. This creates a confusing contradiction for customers like myself who are trying to make informed choices based on dietary restrictions. For transparency and guest safety, I think it would be helpful if you could provide a clear written ingredient breakdown of your different tomato-based sauces (Marinara, Pomodoro, Vodka, etc.). That way, customers can make accurate decisions without relying on inconsistent or unclear information. My concern is not only about my personal experience but also about ensuring other guests with dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, or no-pork diets) can dine safely and confidently. I believe that publishing or clarifying this information would go a long way toward restoring trust. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your clarification.

Lynora's in Palm Beach, Florida, is a standout destination for those craving authentic Italian cuisine in a vibrant, trendy setting. Located in the “Alton Town Center” on the corner of Donald Ross Road and Alton Road this restaurant has a reputation for fresh ingredients, flavorful dishes, and a lively atmosphere, this is my local favorite go-to place for a casual night. The atmosphere at Lynora's strikes a balance between modern chic and classic Italian warmth. The restaurant often buzzes with energy, especially in the evenings, making it ideal for a fun night out with friends or a romantic dinner. Whether you are inside surrounded by lively conversations and clinking glasses or outside in the patio Lynora's provides a dynamic, engaging environment. The service at Lynora’s is friendly, attentive, and professional. Despite the often-busy atmosphere, the staff ensures that every guest feels well taken care of. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and can offer excellent recommendations based on your preferences. The pace of the meal is generally smooth, allowing you to relax and savor each course without feeling rushed, even during peak dining hours. Lynora's is priced in the mid-to-upper range for Italian dining, but the quality of the food, service, and ambiance justifies the cost. Whether you are enjoying a pizza and a glass of wine or indulging in a full three-course meal, you will leave feeling that you’ve had an authentic and memorable dining experience.

I was looking forward to going here because I had heard wonderful things. The food was good but the service really tanked, and the management was terrible. When we arrived, there was as 30 to 40 minute wait. The young lady wrote our name down, which was odd because they use a computer we found out later. After watching people that came after us get seated (we were standing next to the host stand maybe 10 feet away) we inquired about the wait and where we were. The hostesses told us a few more minutes. Long story short is the girl who "wrote down" our name must have never entered it into the computer, they had no clue. People literally got seated, ate dinner, and then left that came in AFTER us. We were just a 4 top, nothing special or crazy. I finally after almost an hour and 15 minutes asked to speak with a manager and he literally could have cared less. No apology. No explanation. Nada. At any point during the 5 times we approached the hostess stand they could have corrected this error, but the half dozen hostesses just had no clue. But to have management care so little I guess that is the example they are provided...

The food was ok but not great. The meatballs I had heard so much about were smaller then expected (Sicilian Oven's meatballs are twice the size, same prices) and the pizza was nice but also tiny. The clams with the dough baked on top were tasty but needed more cook time as the dough was raw. The Ceasar salad was basic, about what you would get at a fast food place no difference. All in all, not really up to the hype or price. The fact that they just don't care says it all. Top down management that have no clue how to train staff or provide hospitality is the norm here, at least at this location. We eat out several times a week and this had been the worst...

Although I have been meaning to eat here for years, I never had the distinct pleasure until this evening. The food was delicious and when everyone says the meatballs are the best, they truly are! However, I am compelled to share that our service was simply outstanding! This is fully attributed to our server, Kyle. Without a doubt, Kyle is the BEST server I have ever encountered in my years on this earth. He was attentive, personable, funny, engaging, and truly a pleasure to interact with. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this young man, who is a true treasure and he seems to be an amazing human being. While the food is fabulous, he is a reason that come back to this location. He told us he’s been serving for about 14 years, and this was his second night at Lynora’s. I truly thought he was joking. People are so quick to complain, especially in the restaurant industry. I felt obligated to leave the table and ask for the manager so I could commend Kyle and share our phenomenal experience. The manager, Chris was so appreciative and confirmed it was in fact his second day on the job! Just WOW! Kyle, I hope you see this and just know you are special. Service really does suck all over now across so many industries. Kyle has set the bar in the stratosphere. He is unique and has that “x” factor you can’t teach. You either have it or you don’t. Thank you, Lynora’s for hiring this rare find and thank you, Kyle for adding something special to our evening (that we never expected) and making our dining experience even better than can be imagined. I’m in banking and I would hire Kyle in a nanosecond if I could!. Can’t wait...
