Panda Express — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, this place is HORRIBLE. The customer service is non existent, they move like turtles. The food is somehow worse than the customer service. The "spicy" schechzuan chicken wasn't even a bit spicy, not to mention it didn't have any flavor.. funny how this is a trend that continues. Literally nothing I ordered here for myself or my friend that came to this restaurant with me had ANY TASTE. Pure unseasoned garbage, "fresh" out of a bag just for you.

The chicken was bland, the fried rice was mushy and had no flavor, save yourself the trouble and the money and go to a local Chinese restaurant or go to the Gardens Mall and head to the Chinese restaurant in the food court, because they serve exactly what this place serves just x100 better and a few dollars cheaper.

It's a shame, some Panda Express locations are amazing, this one is DEFINITELY not...

Place is really going downhill fast. This is the 2nd time i have ordered the same very simple meal, and had the ordered screwed up. The chow mein was cold as cold could be. And the teriyaki chicken....double order.....means just what it says. A double order. Not half of a single order. With all the things that are going on around us, and the people without jobs who are struggling, id like to think that those who still have jobs, would show some gratitude in at least doing their job correctly and well. Pure laziness and failure to follow simple orders is besides me. That was the last time i will patronize this location. With all the local restaurants that are also doing carry out, id recommend giving your business to a company that still has pride in what they send out the door. Could have gotten better and hotter food from Mcdonalds. The manager of this establishment...

This Panda Express location had kinduva rocky review history, which had made me reluctant to go there. However, I took a chance somewhat recently because of some more positive reviews and I've been going here about twice a month since then and found that the food and service has been quite good.

I found the servers to be quite friendly and helpful, patiently answering any questions I might have. The one time I arrived with about 15 minutes to closing but they cheerfully cooked up fresh orders of what I desired from the noodles to the orange chicken and Beijing beef. Who could ask for more?

Overall, the portions were fairly sized for a $10-$12 meal, and the food was fresh and hot to boot. The atmosphere was a typical, clean and tidy Panda Express. The staff were all great! Not much else more to say.
