The absolute worst, Stay away especially if you are in any kind of rush or expect to be out of there in less than 20 minutes. Not only are most of the workers there not friendly, but Sandra is the worst and I believe sadly she is the manager. First time they made a mistake I figured OK that happens. But not only were they not apologetic they were rude. Another time I waited 15 minutes for an avocado toast only to be told by Sandra oh sorry we are out of avocado which I then explained to her this has happened before with other products, what you should be doing is putting on the door sorry today we are out of such and such, this way you do not waste your customers time. She gave me some attitude as she refunded the money. Then again it happened today, placed the order with my daughter, waited a good 10 minutes, had to actually ask them if they forgot our order only to be told oh we’re out of what you ordered. Same exact mistake and the same item. Did she learn from my past suggestion (I’m sure others have suggested it too) please place on the door that we are out of such and such an item? No! She was rude once again and I reminded her that this was not the first time or the second time it happened and she was there all three times. It’s a shame because this is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts for me to bring my daughter in between her college class and her high school classes otherwise we would have never come back after the first two rude encounters. Told her once again because they made us wait like last time for 10mins plus before even telling us they couldn’t fill our PAID order that it gave us no time to go get her something to eat somewhere else. Her aloof look was classic! The worst part is that not only did she not offer an apology but she had an attitude and wasn’t even decent enough (nor business savvy enough) to at least offer a gift card especially since she knew and recognized us knowing that this has happened for the third time! Read moreOn 9/3/2025 had the rudest customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, ever. It was so bad, another customer stopped me in the parking lot to tell me she was “Sorry that happened to you. That was terrible. There is no customer service anymore.” I had originally used the drive-thru lane as I was running late. I ordered the side of crispy bacon and pulled off. Five minutes down the road I opened the bag and find the bacon was never cooked. It was ice cold and raw. Somehow they forgot to put it into their oven before handing it to me. So I turned around and drove back. The drive up was 8 cars deep by this time so I parked and went in. I hand them the bacon and ask for a refund. The young girl at the cashier offered to remake it but by this time I was already running late. She went to the back and returns with “Kristen” who I am assuming is the manager (from my eventual return receipt). Kristen instantly has an attitude and tells me if I want a refund I need my receipt! So I have to walk all the way back outside to get it. When I return, I approach her at the counter again where the young cashier is waiting on another customer. I extend the receipt to Kristen but she doesn’t take it, but instead points with her finger that she wants me to take two steps to the right! I do that and she opens her hand palm out to now accept my receipt. I extend my arm with it but she won’t lean forward to take it. She makes me now lean forward over the counter to put it in her hand. When I tell her that she is really making me work for a return, I get a sarcastic “Have a nice day”. Read moreI only go to this DD, which is close to home. If you need to be somewhere they get your order out in record time for a DD. The staff is always friendly, they mess up a few times but when we call, they always make it right when you go back. Everyone makes mistakes we're human! Keep up the good work! Update-12/102023 They still are messing up, I was there last night, and I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar on the side, and two doughnuts. They had an iced coffee and they realized it was a hot and gave me the iced coffee with the hot coffee. I went home and both coffees were French vanilla. My wife called and Katie said to come back and they would give us the whole order again. I couldn't go until the next morning. I went to the drive-thru and told them what I had and gave them Katie's name. I also ordered plain bagel bites, everything breakfast sandwich and 7 creamers and 3 sugars on the side. I get home and everything was right except the bagel bites were everything and not plain, no cream and sugar and they gave me a green frosted doughnut instead of vanilla cream frosted and they put the doughnuts in a bag together like they always do and the frosting always goes on the other doughnut which is ridiculous.
