Besides the experience that I had today with my friend when we went there to get coffee this afternoon we're done a In app order and prepaid and used points from our apps from my earned rewards from being a loyal customer and there was A major malfunction with the app site and it took our points but I never was able to even get the beverage I ordered nor did I get my points back and I asked the girl or the purchase because the app was not working and The shift leader pops her head in the window and totally dismisses the fact that I'm having a horrible experience and that there is a concern that needs to be addressed she proceeds to tell me that there's nothing they can do and there's a phone number I can call and walks away and I asked the girl the other one at the window what that phone number is and she headset into the shift leader what the phone number was and the shift leader proceeded to tell her that It was on Google and for me to look it up myself but she was the one relaying the message that there's a phone number that I can call to To have my situation about my points being taken and me not getting my beverage due to the system malfunction so I never got my drink nor did I get my points back nor did I get any good feedback from anybody except for the poor girl at the window and she was willing to make it right and make me my drink but shift leader Who obviously doesn't value her job and taking care of the loyal customers that spend their harder money there and earn those points doing so And sit in that long line waiting for them just to disappoint them even more so hands down horrible experience there and I'm not too excited about that thinking about calling corporate and my friend her points were taken but she was able to get her drink but it wasn't at a charge instead of $6 and change it was about $10 and it took her point so So on all experience and customer service at this Starbucks is horrendous in the shift leader should definitely consider getting a different job because she has horrible customer service skills and she does not know how to defuse that situation and make sure that the customer me is happy and taking care of and she obviously does not take pride in what she is there to do is provide a great...
Read moreNot a very good experience. We go to Starbucks all the time, and I was shocked at how bad this one was. We came here on vacation with two teens and a six-year-old. My husband and I had stopped at tropical smoothie Café for healthier options but we wanted to get some coffee and the kids wanted food from Starbucks instead. The two teens ordered old-fashioned doughnuts and my son wanted a plain bagel with butter. They were all out of old-fashioned donuts and they did not have a plain bagel, they only had everything or cinnamon raisin of which my son will not eat. Instead we ordered three chocolate cookie dough cake pops, a mocha, and a chocolate croissant. The coffee and croissant were good, but after we ordered they said they only had one chocolate cookie dough cake pop left, so the teens had to pick another kind for the other two. Read moreThis Starbucks is new and the inside is nice the only downside for me is that the service is a hit or miss. I’m a regular at the drive through and they’ve messed my drink up on numerous occasions. Also, I usually come inside when I see the drive through line is long but that makes no difference because the drive through customers drinks are still made before mine. I’m sure taking drive through orders first helps reduce the traffic in the parking lot but I shouldn’t have to wait twice as long for my drink to be made. The staff can be rude and inconsiderate. They’ve given my husband a drink with coffee spilled all over the lid and it got so messy he had to hurry and grab napkins. They saw it had spilled all over his hands and just watched without apologizing. If you hate your job so much and giving good service to people you should find a new occupation.
