Im absolutely curious what some of the basis is here for people saying this is the best burger i have a feeling theyre rating the food as the service. The service is wonderful and i think its their crutch. The burger not only isnt the best its truly not very good. I explain in detail below, I'd beg to understand the truth behind some of these 4 star reviews, based on emotion and service, nit actual food quality. Okay, had tylers again today. This place continues to go down hill. A perfrctexample of falling victim to complacency and greed. Ill explain. The burger had very little flavor. The ingredients tasted like typical food distributor ingredients, as an example, the pickles and onions and lettuce are the same youd get at a yellow basket or Goodies etc. This is a massive turn off. So now at this point the only thing making this burger special would be the bun and patties... yet again, failed. The bun is dryish and tasteless. It's grilled slightly but clearly only for anesthetics, no grill taste whatsoever. I cant imagine getting any nutrition from any of the vegetables or bread (i know its a burger place but the veggies, if fresh do privide a fairly balanced meal). The patty has also since gone downhill. I admit it tasted clean and fresh but was slightly dry and had no flavoring at all. As an example here, if youre serving a very high end beef or beef blend, then yes you wouldnt need to add seasoning... here its nothing special at all. The service makes you feel guilty for saying anything negative, the service is good and the people are very friendly. Its really just the food i have a problem with So now for the fries, again, standard food distro fries and the worst part is these tasted freezerburned. And the ketchup... what is their ketchup, im very curious the brand.? It's absolutely not house made or heinz. It tastes cheap and has a kind of potentially expired flavor whatever that tastes like, it not good. This is the last time i am coming here. Its over for tylers. I recommend Stout or the new burger joint Heyday down the street infinitely over tylers. Original review: Slightly over priced... these are priced at gourmet burger prices but are definitely not gourmet. You can go to many newer places now, such as stout or Smokehouse etc. Think of Tyler's as in n out but bigger patties, and bigger buns. The quality of the meat is good... but they're raking in cash at these price points... many people will pay it, not for good food but simply to say they ate at tylers... social media is funny that way. I have moved to having Tyler's once every 5 years or so... and every visit reminds me why.. their pricing just isn't fair. Again, can't blame them if people are dropping money emotionally so really it's just society now. Anyway, good burgers, not the best, over priced, but youl get get quality meal here. Nothing special. Still rating 4 stars because it's good and the service has remained good for the 11 years I've...
Read moreWhere to begin. First off to hit even a 3 with Zagat or 10Best means somebody got paid or laid. We stopped in for lunch today. Beat the crowd because there were only 10 other folks tops. We waited so long (20 mins for a 5 minute burger) that another waitress approached us and asked if we had been helped. When I asked for my burger rare I got a 'no, we don't do that.' OK well then medium rare it is. It was so overdone, NO juices flowing AND dry. Beef is so flexible, it can easily be prepared to please any palette. If the cook can only manage one speed then it should be perfect. My advice is the owner should get the hell out of the kitchen and maybe spend more time out front dealing with RUDE staff. When my husband asked for a refill of his 12 oz cup of lemonade just before our food finally showed up the guy looks at him and says 'you only get 1 refill you know.' I then watched this arrogant little busser flit from table to table with pitchers of beverages refreshing drinks. ARE YOU KIDDING!!!
They are fortunate to be located in the downtown location so they can survive on one offs with tourists. I get that you can have an off day but this spectacular fail took some extra special effort on their part. There are much better establishments who are far more deserving of your hard earned cash, that appreciate your business, make you feel welcome and know how to cook a hamburger. In order of awesomeness; Rick's Cafe (undoubtedly one of the best burgers I've encountered and con-sis-tent-ly), Woody's, Don & Sweet Sue's, Tony's Burgers.
There you have it,...

Value! If you're in town, this is one of the best priced hamburger and sandwich place.
Perfect place on the outside patio for large groups, if you're a bicycle group, motorcycle club, out of town visitors, this place is definitely a crowd-pleaser.
We sat on the outside patio, about 100 degrees. BUT, in the shade under the awning, and with the fan going and the water mist, it was actually kinda nice.
Food is great. The price you pay for the value of food you get is totally worth it. If you're a tourist, or coming in from out of town, this is one of those places where you get your money's worth for sure.
I got a turkey sandwich, and felt completely satisfied with my order. The Taste was good, you can tell the oven roasted turkey was fresh and real. This isn't deli meat for sure. It's an actual real turkey breast that they roast on site.
Some of the other people in our group had gotten burgers, and those all looked great. Again, priced fairly.
The service was on point. Our waiter came back several times to check in on us.
Parking is kind of tricky. If you can find a space in the lot where the restaurant is, your golden. Otherwise, you do have to drive around a little bit and try to find a 2 hour Spot somewhere.
Though there are no bathrooms on site, it's just a quick 200 ft walk to the nearest one, which is in one of the businesses close by. They will give you the code for the...
