Dippin' Dots — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

Just left from this store ... My family of 7 spent about $50.00 here... The price was no problem due to this being a different experience of "ice cream". If we asked for one thing he kept replying with "we dont have that " but they have advertisements everywhere in the store which is still not the problem beacause I understand places like that run out of stuff.But if we went to slow to think about what we wanted he would get mad and get a additude and he rolled his eyes at me like I was getting on his nerves. Also when me and my family walked in he didn't welcome us,but if we ordered something off the menu he told us to not look at the menu and look at whats in front of us. He asked what size we all wanted I answered with can you please give us all a small and him being extremly rude and kept asking everybody what size they wanted. We got our ice cream and we were enjoying it my daughter had found a hair in there(he kept scratching his hair and did not wash his hands for a variety of customers including some young teens) and my other daughter tasted sand in her ice cream. He also kept mopping next to us and cleaning constantly for no reason. My 5 year old daughter and son needed to use the bathroom, both bathrooms were locked. We asked if he could unlock the bathroom door and he responded with an attitude "the bathrooms is out of order"... I'm assuming he had them locked so he didnt have to clean in there prior to closing. There were no signs on the bathroom doors stating either bathroom was out of order. We informed him that my daughter needed to go really bad and he gave my daughter a really mean snarky look and said "out of order" then rolled his eyes. He kept walking away from customers and setting his head on the counter (we do have a picture posted below of him) We were so fed up and decided to leave. We will never go...

5 star taste, service, and experience. Our youngest son has a dairy allergy. They had an entire “allergen” list and showed what flavors had dairy. They also had an entire cooler separate for the dairy free to prevent any cross contamination! All the flavors were really good. A lot of places lack knowledge on allergies, even though they can be deadly. It was wonderful coming in here and our youngest son not having to feel any different at all about his allergy because they were so on top of their game. I got the peanut butter sundae. 🔥🔥. Manager was great and so was the teenager working, usually they are short, inattentive, or on their phone. This kid crushed it. We will make it a ritual to visit this place every...
