Dunkin' — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

I judge all Dunkin’ Donuts by the chocolate cream filled donut. UPDATE: this is the first time I’ve been in since the remodel. I’m only giving this two stars because the young lady who helped me was so sweet. The donuts are another matter. Look at the barely frosted donuts compared to the first picture of the best in the chocolate cream category. I asked why the chocolate cream had hardly anything in it When they used to be bursting with chocolate. All I got was clueless looks. I said why are the chocolate frosted donuts hardly frosted at all. One of the other attendants said “we just haven’t restocked it.“ They’ve gone from the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever Experienced to this. That fall was fast. A shiny new display case for donuts to display this? (Previous review: Ive been to Dunkin Donuts that barely put a pea sized amount of chocolate cream in this donut, and I’ve been to a handful of places that put a worthy amount of the cream in it. My son & I went inside to order a simple hot coffee with sugar-free flavor, water, and 2 donuts. We received the dry, very small pastries and waited quite a while for our drinks.. again, one being a water. We were finally asked if we had drinks because they lost our order. There was 1 person ahead of us inside. I'm not sure what happened. I handed the lady the receipt to look at what we ordered. I received an ice coffee instead of my hot coffee, but I figured it would be at least the same, just different temperatures. NO! It was so full of some creamer and sugar I couldn't take another sip. I threw it away immediately. Apparently, she didn't even look at my receipt (first give away should have been iced instead of hot) and jammed as much stuff as possible where there was zero coffee flavor left. I'm super disappointed in this. If it was my first time inside a Dunkin Donuts, I wouldn't return. However, it was just this location and lack of detail and care from staff. To the manager, please train your staff to read a receipt and definitely remember the water...

This Dunkin makes me 😢 sad. There are some very nice people working here, but this location is desperately lacking in training, supplies and consistency. This was our prime location, go-to Dunkin for every weekday morning, but no longer.

Doesn't the parent company provide instructions for food prep? CLEARLY repeated coffee orders are recieved wrong at least half the time. When they actually have them in stock, my favorite stuffed bagel minis never come out the same way twice. Rarely, they are perfect. Some days they are overheated, some days they are still cold and congealed and some days they are actually burnt and hard as rocks. The hash browns are always soggy. Breakfast Sandwiches and bagels only seem fresh and well made sometimes, but squashed and stale others. Add to that the general impression of a dingy, unkempt place and regrettably, we'll be getting our morning fare elsewhere. 😭

Several other reviewers were spot on in their evaluations and we'd like to echo their directions to the management and staff at this location....
