The employees here are the problem .they aren’t very friendly and they get worse when you don’t tip them. …for counter service. Absolutely ridiculous. You aren’t a server. You make sandwiches. You do nothing to enhance the experience. The prissy guy with the mascara is the worst. Perhaps grown men shouldn’t be working at a college job if they need more money? I like jersey mikes but I’ll be going to jimmy johns from now on. Easy going people who do not try to guilt you into tipping them for 10seconds worth of work they are already being paid for. This tipping has gotten out of hand and most of the time it goes to the owner who “shares” it . not directly to the employees ..when you wait on me you’ll get 30% when you hand me a sandwich across the counter. I have to begin saying that the store manager of this particular Jersey Mikes, (Jeremy) he is a very professional, respectful person! My daughter’s DoorDash delivery person messed up her order. We tried getting back with the person to report the issue, delivery guy said that he couldn’t come back to retrieved the original order. I do want to point out that Jersey Mikes was NOT at fault.

Older gentleman with the short gray hair was incredibly rude. Treated me as if I was stupid when I asked if I could customize my own sandwich or if I had to choose a menu item. When I asked for cucumber, he just dropped the ordering pad and went back to cooking bacon. My friend and I were left standing there for a few minutes before a nice young lady picked up the pad and took our order.
