If I could give 0 stars I would but I have to give 1 to make a review. So tonight my fiancé went through the drive thru. He gets home, we are missing a burger and our fries are cold and rubbery like they had been sitting there for a while! He calls and the guy automatically expects us to go back up there, my fiancé said no and the manger Matthew said if we came in tomorrow we would get free food. So then my fiancé was upset and wasn’t going to eat at all and so I decided to go back up to the store. I walk in and speak to an older black lady (don’t know her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag) Matthew said she was the other manager. After I just watched her accuse another customer of being wrong about their order and not making it “clear to her” I started telling her about my problem. I said my fiancé called but I don’t know who he spoke to and she was like yea he said you was missing this blah blah blah, with a rude tone basically saying we were wrong, just like she accused the other customer. I said ok so I just want my full order replaced. And then she got a mean look on her face and started getting an attitude with me. I said ma’am you don’t have to get an attitude and she went on a rant and said I had one blah blah blah that she had witnesses. I turned to the customers standing right there and said did I get an attitude with her first? And she looked at me a chuckles low and said no. The manger just walks off with that same attitude and I asked who’s the manager out loud. Matthew said me and her are. Then I started talking to Matthew. I asked for the owners number. He doesn’t have it or even know the owner. So then he brings me a paper with a name and number on it and says this is the general manager. So I call the number and it’s the store number. He said he didn’t have his own general mangers number.. what kind of business is this?! So then I call my fiancé and he wants a refund. So I ask for a refund along with our food because that would be no different then us coming it tomorrow to get free food right? He said he can’t do that, and i said why not? He didn’t have a reason and I said you’ll replace it if you Want to keep our business. He said he can’t. So I asked him what the other mangers name was and he pauses for a minute and says uhhh tish, which probably means he lied so I wouldn’t know her name. I asked if there were cameras and asked if they had audio. Read moreI eas at this McDonalds on Thursday morning. We are local to the area and understand tourist season and business. I must say that there was only one person in this restaurant who acted as if he cared. When we arrived there was a tremendous line, that was expected. The lady who took our order was whe spawn of Lucifer himself. When o order my food a smile is expected, i felt that i was a burden. We received our food but no beverages. I went to the counter and eventually someone asked what i needed. I explai ed we didnt have the orange juice and medium coffee that we ordered. Meanwhile i was getting ketchup from the counter. The ketchup packets were sticky and covered with busyed packet ketchup(getting it here because the dine in ketchup was empty [both of them]) i asked my wife to wait on the drinks whiile i went to wash my hands. When i returned we had OJ but no medium Coffee. I went back to the counter. An older African American gentleman who seemed to have real concern asked to help me. I explained i needed a medium coffee. He grabbed a cup and. Began getting my coffee. As this happened the man who originally offered to get my beverages explained he made my coffee and showed me the smallest cup ive seen in 20 yrs. I asked if that was a medium and he said yes. The other gentleman said no and filled what appeared to be a real medium coffee cup with black coffee. Read moreCarrie The General Manager is extremely rude and has no business working in the customer service field. She has a serious attitude problem and as long as she continues to work for Mc Donalds she will be representing Mc Donalds in a very bad way. We are regular customers who come in at least 4 times a week. We have witnessed her being very rude to a young new male employee while training him she would get very impatient with him not learning "fast" enough for her and right in front of customers make fun of him & put him down. Also we came in today with our receipt from a order that we got that the bagel and biscuits were very hard we asked for them to be replaced she was extremely rude and pretty much told us we were lying she said she will only replace it this one time since she said she personally made these for us. She acts like because she made it that there is no way there could be a problem with it. Wrong Carrie! All that goes to show is once again you can't do another part of your job right not only do you suck as a manager and suck as a employee in the customer service field and lets not forget your attitude sucks as well but you also suck as a food service employee. It's sad to say but from the looks of how your District Manager presents herself it seems that if you are clueless and extremely good at screwing up every job title that is assigned to you and if you have a excellent crappy attitude then you will definitely get hired on for management at Mc Donalds.
