The most unsanitary resteraunt and the staff including management could not care less. Im a local and I've always noticed that the bathrooms always had a weird odor to them and the food always to forever even when it would be a couple quick value menus items on the way home from work to get me until dinner. That was until I attempted to work there out of desperateness that I now understand why they try there best to try to convince you to work there for "11" an hour,paid vacations and such. There was no training at all and I was disrespected ignored completely when I ask questions due to there not being ANY training. I've never had such an unproffesional worse work experience in my life when I was told they would have this great training at orientation but obviously the higher ups have no idea nor care how this resteraunt is really ran. They treated me as if i had been there for 2 weeks when it was my first day and the employees kept telling the manager that he didn't get paid to train so she left it at that and I was ignored and expected to know what I was doing. Then they gave me rotten mop water to mop with that stank so bad I ask to change it and the lazy ass rude girl just ignored me AGAIN and so I went in the back to figure out how to change it myself bc I'm a sanitary person. After that again they told me to wipe the tables down with a rag that was in a bucket with again gross probably 2 day old water that stank and the rags themselves were slimy. After being told to pull fries and make things all night without being told where anything was at nor explained HOW or trained how to read the computer orders or work the buttons and either being bitched at for not knowing how to do something when I didn't do it bc I didn't know how is talked to like i was stupid after 4 hours I walked out. Just realizing how disgusting the place is and rude they are to me and the customers when it was their fault. I will NEVER being visiting that filth again !!! Read moreFirst and foremost, I am Store Manager , I am speaking from experience from a fast food perspective. Lobby was full, order was rung at 10:00 am on a kiosk (no receipt paper) but did get a table number, and due to a long line for cashier which is normal although (both register should have been used)due to one kiosk being down. After ordering, the order was called out at 10:47,( not brought to the table per the norm due to having used the table number system). How do I know because after that I asked if that was my order and repeated what I ordered since it is stamped on their sticky receipt, but was asked to confirm with a receipt, hence the reason I repeated my order and showed my table number, but was turned away. I went to the cashier (because manager was busy) and was able to confirm with my order with repeating it but with some confusion, she was able to confirm at the pick up desk that the order sitting there was my order in fact she turned the bag around with my table number and complete order. I asked if they were trained to deliver table orders to said tables, and she said no one had ever told her that. My food for 5 people reached my table at 10:53 a.m. only to return due to futher inpection no butt or syrup for the breakfast item or utensils, I do not mean to drag on or to be asinine, but if I am a general manager or district manager, something needs to be evaluated. Read moreVisited Tuesday, July 22Nd 2025 they were so kind in resolving my issue thanks to Mrs Natasha and Mr Roger. Can’t say much about the two managers that were in front of the of the screen thingy they watched me stand up there for a bit with a food issue and just stood there and talked about no work stuff it It seems like they were talking about somebody but they kept in Lansing over my way and neither one of them offered to help resolve it so thank you for nothing I gues. meanwhile, Mr. Roger grabbed their attention and was like hey she needs her food fixed because the sausage biscuit I received both the biscuit and the sausage was rock hard pretty much inedible and the second biscuit I got wasn’t much better but instead of causing an issue again, I just left and threw it away, but it was a waste of my money. I’m not wanting to typically complain because I’ve worked in the food restaurant industry, my whole life as a server at Waffle House but even then, if I saw somebody standing up with food in their hand at the register, MANAGER or not, I would still offer to help not sit there glanced at them every couple minutes and continue all of my conversation.
