Waffle House — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

I Was on my way home from work and I stopped in to get a bite to eat cause it was late and I was looking fo a quick meal to take with me I had no problems with the service excepy for the cook named Chris. I ordered 13 dollars worth of food and the waiter was very nice and helpful I even gave him a $6 tip and I wanted to take a few bites of my food before I left and the cook tells me I have to leave that any orders that are carrier out cannot be eaten there I said I was only getting a few bites before I left cause i lived such a long way swaw and I new my food would be cold by the time I got home. He was so rude and uncalled for there have been plenty of times I've tasted my food before I left. There wasnwa but two other people in there and I don't see what I was hurting. But I will never go back ththe and I will make sure something is done about this. Plus he sucked as a cook my food wasn't done and he just threw it all together very sloppy like. He was a very rude employee who had no regards for customer satisfaction or service and he was way out of line. I've made a complaint to corporate and I will be contacting his manager and his district manager over this. He didn't have to treat me like that nor did he try in anyway to be nice or respectful to me. I was very upset and offended by this ordeal and I also felt like he was trying to be pushy and throw his weight around. I paid for my food I respectfully tipped the waiter who was very nice to me and said not one word about me tasting my food and I was in the process of leaving when the cook decided to be a complete jerk who I feel was way out of line. I will make sure everyone know about this and who he is. This is not how you treat your customers. I would never treat someone like that and I have been in customer service 15 years. Went out for Veterans Day with family and friends to the The Liq bar. There was no location to park so we came to a lot that the Waffle House was in. When pulling into the parking lot there was no sign saying your car would be towed nor were we close to the front entrance. Someone had mentioned they were towing cars. I got down there in time to get me car off the truck which the driver charged me 75 dollars which I didn’t get a receipt so he pocketed the money, while the manager Thomas and all his employees were outside smoking with no customers inside and clapping and pointing as cars were getting towed away. I’m glad I wasn’t eating there as if this is a reflection of how they treat people I want no part of it. You should make sure at all times that your lot has a sign in each entrance for everyone to see that says no parking or your car will be towed. Your employees are a bad reflection on...

The waffle was raw inside. I told them. They said their waffle maker was broken. Did I want them to make a new one. I was astounded their answer was basically "we know we are serving under cooked food. Machine is broken. But do u want us to make you another raw one?" Lmao. Also the type of waffle is like eggo waffle style/quality now instead of real waffles.
