Picture this: the year is 2024, and the world is a drab, flavorless void where the concept of "dessert" has been reduced to mere memories and whispers of sweetness past. But then, as if by some cosmic joke, an ice cream shop named Sticky Fingers ~ a beacon of hope shines through the gastronomic gloom—a key lime pie ice cream so outrageously delicious, it could only have been concocted by a mad scientist with a PhD in Flavorology and a major in Wizardry.
This ice cream isn't just good; it's a dimensional leap. The key lime zestiness zips around your mouth like a caffeinated hummingbird, delivering punches of flavor so potent, they could knock out a heavyweight boxer with a sweet tooth. It's like the limes were handpicked by Zeus himself, juiced by Hercules, and then tenderly mixed into the ice cream by Aphrodite, all while Dionysus plays the flute in the background.
The graham cracker pieces scattered within are not mere "inclusions" but rather crunchy treasure troves, each bite a lottery win in the mouth lottery. They're the kind of crunchy that makes you question the fabric of reality—is this a dream? Am I a pirate discovering hidden gold? No, it's just incredibly well-executed pastry.
And the ice cream base—oh, the base! Creamier than a sonnet by Shakespeare, smoother than a jazz solo by Miles Davis. It's like your taste buds are gently being rocked to sleep in the arms of a dairy god, only to be awakened by the lively zing of key lime like a symphony's crescendo. This is not just dessert; it's an experience, a sensation, a creamy, tangy rollercoaster ride through a citrus wonderland.
Finishing a bowl of this key lime pie ice cream leaves you in a state of euphoria, akin to finding an extra fry at the bottom of the bag or getting a full 8 hours of sleep on a Tuesday. It's an emotional journey from the first bite to the tragic last, leaving you to ponder the great mysteries of life, like why all good things must come to an end, and whether it's socially acceptable to lick the bowl in public.
In the halls of fame, this ice cream will go down in history, this key lime pie masterpiece stands not just as a dessert, but as a monument to human achievement, a testament to what can be accomplished when prowess meets outright audacity. It's not just the best key lime pie ice cream ever—it's a lime-flavored mic drop in the world of...
Read moreWill not be back and will not recommend to friends. We live near the downtown area and spend most of our outings in downtown Panama City or St.Andrews. Two important things needed for small business is pleasant service and a good atmosphere. This place has neither. The woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge us entering. She finally asked what we wanted without any other greeting. It's not that hard to smile and be nice. The very first thing I noticed was the place stank of cigarette smoke. Not what I want to smell while eating ice cream. No real complaints about the ice cream itself. We didn't order anything complicated, so was as expected. There was a tap and pay emblem on the front door and at the register but when we went to check out it wasn't functional and we didn't have our wallet because we were just out for a walk. We already had our ice cream so had to go back to our vehicle and come back to pay. Don't advertise services that aren't...
Read moreWe walked in and was hit by a terrible smell. Looking at there ice cream selections most tubs were empty and the ones that were not has frost on the top of them. My boyfriend wanted a banana split anyway and he paid $9 for 3 scoops of ice cream a banana spilt in half and chocolate sauce. Super sad as I love to support small businesses but I can’t see myself coming back again.
And yes ma’am or sir…. Since you want to be sassy responding to me I have never seen a banana split without strawberries and pineapple and nuts and a cherry and whipped cream on it…. The last Hershey place we visited was on Thomas Drive and that’s how they make it. And that’s how every other ice cream shop I have been to makes it. And if you Google banana split this is what it shows…. I only wish I had a picture of his to...
