Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Papillion

As I sat an extra 85 minutes waiting for my pizza on top of the 44 minutes the app said it would take... I contemplated how a place could be this bad. And I came up with an answer that maybe people aren't giving this place the reviews it deserves. I can tell you this place should be shut down. This place does not deserve customers and everyone who works there should be re-trained.

If you can't keep up with your orders, then stop taking new ones. If someone asks you how long it's going to take, be honest with them and don't lie. If people are sitting in the lobby obviously upset, don't talk trash about your owner/management. These aren't radical concepts.

To any new potential future owner that buys this place once the current owner goes out of business: Please put up a sign that says "new owner with new management" so that maybe I'll maybe consider...

My family and I love Domino’s. We love to eat Domino’s often and they’ve never let us down with the quality and delivery time of the food. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. The pizzas always come fresh and warm and of course are very tasty. From time to time I’ve gone to the location for pick ups since they have amazing discounts when you do a pick up. Their facility is always clean and it seems clutter free and well organized. Their hours are very convenient and it fits our schedules perfectly. If we’re not eating pizza, we’re eating subs or pastas or salads. However the most common thread when we eat at Domino’s are the cookie dough brownies. They are by far the best dessert that is out there. If you haven’t gotten one of these with your pizza or pasta then I highly recommend you do so. I guarantee it will be an explosion of flavor...

If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible and very un professional! We ordered 3 pizza's 2 were correct. 1 was wrong. Called, new pizza delivered. Wrong pizza sent AGAIN. Called yet again. Verified again what pizza was missing. Gentleman said ok 30 min. An hour and a half later my friend called and Ronnie said too bad not sending one So I cleaned ask for the manager, Ronnie said she was. I ask for an explanation. She was extremely rude and repeated she was not sending the pizza. She will give us a free pizza another day but not today. A few people had not gotten to eat yet. I ask why we were not even notified they were not coming after an hour and a half! She was once again rude and flippant. DONE WITH DOMINO'S!!! Rude, unprofessional, zero customer satisfaction.
