🗣️ I had an incredible time at the Aft Cocktail Deck at the Wynn casino resort in Las Vegas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The evening started with a delightful surprise - the mini king crab rolls. These little bites were a burst of flavors, with cold crab salad, zesty lemon, creamy mayo, fragrant tarragon, and the perfect touch of salt and pepper, all nestled on a small brioche bun. An absolute must-try!
We also savored the crispy dumplings, a delightful vegan dish that left us craving for more. The pickled cabbage, edamame, and spicy soy sauce made this dish a delightful explosion of tastes. Yum!
And let's talk about the cocktails! We indulged in two rounds of drinks, and they were nothing short of amazing. Each sip was a journey of taste, expertly crafted and beautifully presented.
The ambiance at the Aft Cocktail Deck is a true highlight. The nautical theme adds a touch of elegance, and with a view overlooking the "lake of dreams," it's like dining in a fairytale. The mini shows starting at 8 pm added an extra layer of magic to the experience.
One piece of advice - make reservations! We were lucky to walk in on a Tuesday night, but it's highly recommended to secure your spot in advance. You won't want to miss this incredible experience at Aft.
In summary, the Aft Cocktail Deck at the Wynn casino resort is a must-visit gem in Las Vegas. From the delectable food to the outstanding cocktails and the enchanting ambiance, it's a five-star experience you'll treasure. Read moreYesterday my husband and I came to try this place for our first time. The reviews are accurate and consistent with the hostess. Gone are the days when Wynn was a customer service first establishment. Here was our experience.
We approached the hostess with heavy excitement and asked if we could get seating. Note that there was a bit over 70% vacancy and there were tables available on the edge which was what we hoped to be seated. We checked before going up to request a table and thought it would be pretty straight forward considering it was empty. The hostess let us know it would be a 40 min wait. We asked since we were waiting that long if we could get edge seating and she replied “It is based off availability.” She did not like that we requested this as she presented a strong unpleasant demeanor toward the request. We said ok we will wait and she asked for our number. We waited by the bar upstairs and never received a message. At this point we had already had drinks and decided who cares this seems to be normal now at the Wynn.
Note to management: There are consistent, recent and a high volume of these types of negative reviews directly related to your hostess. You should probably audit them or at minimum reposition so they are not your first impression. They should not be representing your establishment and the high level of service that Wynn is known for and worked...
Read moreHad a great experience here with a friend yesterday for her birthday - I hadn't even heard about the place but she suggested it. A friend arrived early to snag us a table, otherwise they had an hour wait.
The lakeside location is gorgeous. Service from Charissa was wonderful, she's personable and attentive - definitely request her if you can. I appreciate that their menu includes a couple of mocktails and hope they eventually add more. There's also a small snacks/appetizers section that I didn't expect.
We had the Bangkok mocktail, the cocktail served in the fish glass, the charcuterie board and the cake pops. Drinks were good and well sized for the price, and the board had a good variety. Cake pops were super moist and fudgy, in three flavors. The staff brought them out with a candle and decorated plate for the birthday girl. It was such a thoughtful touch and service again, was really great.
Location is beautiful. If you sit right by the water, know that you will probably be asked to take someone's photo - staff are also happy to do so. Afternoon and sunset time was perfect for this space, but they do stay open til 2AM and you can see the water show starting at 8:30PM (every half hour).
NOTE: IDs are checked at the door before you even enter. Double check that you brought yours even if you obviously appear of age, as a friend wasn't able to join us because of...
