The worst Chick-fil-A I've been to yet. I'm not sure if perhaps the people working and running this location have yet to work at other sites, but there is a stark difference in the service and food quality. Workers aren't mean or disrespectful, but it's not at the level other locations are. Perhaps it's a training issue or something.
Personal experiences:
The first visit was a few weeks after its grand opening. I ordered a chicken egg white sandwich, and when I got home (5-10 minutes away), the bread was solid as a rock. I trashed and gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe someone accidentally overtoasted.
Second visit the following week at 645am, I place the same order. This time I parked in the lot, and when I reached into the bag and felt the sandwiches through the wrapper, they were solid again. I took it inside, and the Manager was apologetic and replaced the sandwiches; cool.
On the third visit, around 8:30ish in the morning, I took no chances on ordering their brick breakfast sandwich, and I ordered six cookies to share at home on the mobile app. It took them a long time to find those six cookies. The cookies were tough, so I threw them away.
I tried one last time this morning. I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal and the cookies again in the app. I pulled up, and after 3-5 minutes, a young lady told me they were all out of cookies, so she gave me a refund. On top of that, 3-5 minutes later, she says it'll be two more minutes for the sandwich. Finally, she handed me the bag and went home. Again with hard bread. That was the last and final straw. This location single-handedly ruined my chick-fil-A experience.
Also, I don't know who chose this location, but it seems like the decision was made by someone who doesn't live in or know the area. This location has one of the largest Chick-fil-A parking lots, yet it stays empty; I wonder why. When sites like the ones on Sahara or Eastern at Lone routinely have long lines, this is a bad location at Flamingo and Paradise. Any local person will tell you they steer clear of the freeways and the area surrounding the strip. The site on Sahara at Rancho doesn't lead into a one-way expressway to the airport connector like this one. Who's stopping their taxi or Uber for this...
Read moreWell this is only my 2nd time eating at chic fillet but had a really awesome experience when I went by the place. Me and my girl amber haven't eaten in like 2 days and I have heard good things about the company and how it's religious based company with good morals and structure so I figured why not ask the employee standing outside if they could hook us up with some food. So his name was Kai or Kia (sorry if I misspelled it) so he was not sure if the manager would hook it up, but he went inside and got some food for us totally unexpected he comes back out with a sandwich and some mac & cheese which was really awesome and tasted like home made more then homemade or at Mama's house. Anyways it was a great experience and I would recommend that employee to get a raise for doing what he did, that's great customer service. I used to work for Google as a manager and those are the type of employees that I would look for that have great character and that spark to take action on their own. So please let the employee know that his service was really appreciated and I hope it is recognized by the company and they know what a great asset and employee that young man is. Thanks Martin and...
Read moreStore: Paradise & Flamingo Time: 6:56pm Ticket No: 9897 Ordered 1 Large waffle fry in separate bag. Then ordered 1 spicy Deluxe, medium fry meal with medium Dr Pepper, and Two bbq sauce.
Got to window (only two other cars in drive thru) and paid in cash. Corey was attending the window. Other employees were laughing and playing inside. He gave me the change and before he picked up my food, I noticed everything was in one bag. I asked him if he could have the separate the large fry. He said no, but he said he can give me a separate bag. I told him I'd appreciate if he could have them do it as those fry were NOT for me and my hands were dirty.
He was visibly upset, no gloves and didn't wash hands after handling cash, reached in the bag, grabbed large fry and placed them in another bag. Completely against SNHD Food Handlers training and rules.
Then I looked in the bags, no bbq sauce. I let him know I ordered 2 sauce, he grabbed them and rudely tossed them in the bag.
I tossed food in trash. Went to @WhiteCastle
Note to General Manager: Watch your security cams, you'll see your employees screwing around and having a great time while customers get the short end of the stick.
