COMO Poolside Café & Bar — Restaurant in Paradise

Dining at the Como Poolside at the Bellagio was an experience to remember. Despite the sweltering 40-degree heat, the atmosphere and service more than made up for the discomfort. I ordered the double patty burger and the NY strip kebab, both of which were outstanding. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the kebab offered tender, well-seasoned bites of beef that melted in your mouth. The combination of poolside ambiance and delicious food created an enjoyable contrast to the intense heat.

The highlight of the meal, however, was the exceptional service provided by Pedro and his team. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism were evident from the moment we sat down, and they made sure that every detail was taken care of, ensuring a seamless dining experience. We stayed at the Bellagio from May 7th to 14th, and one of the true highlights of our trip was discovering the COMO Poolside Café & Bar—a hidden gem right by the pool!

From day one, we were lucky to be served by Ianna (pool side service), who was professional, upbeat, and genuinely fun to chat with. She set the bar so high, we made it our mission to sit in her section for the rest of the week—and it was worth it!

We ended up having our daily meals at COMO because the service was consistently top-notch.

A big shout-out to the dream team - Idalia, Tiffany, Rhonda, Daniella, Pedro and every other server (sorry can't remember all of them) - every one of them brought great vibes, excellent service, and warm hospitality that made us feel like VIPs every time.

We dined at Como at the Bellagio twice—once for breakfast and once for lunch—and both visits were absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is stunning, especially during the day when the sunlight pours in, giving the space a warm, inviting vibe.

For breakfast, we tried the avocado toast and salmon bagel—both fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. On our second visit for lunch, we had the chicken skewers, Greek salad, avocado toast again (yes, it’s that good!), and the hamachi crudo, which was my personal favorite—light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.

A special shoutout to our server Ronda W.—she was kind, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. Her warmth and attentiveness truly made our experience stand out.
