The food was excellent. The atmosphere was great. I was disappointed with my server. I dined alone that evening and felt as if she was barely stopping long enough to make sure all was okay before hurrying off. Literally I don’t think she even waited for my answers to her questions. I’m not going to allow this to drop my rating of the restaurant because everything else was top notch and maybe she was just overwhelmed. Upon walking into the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was the work area. Yep, the restaurant is built around the kitchen and the glass walls allow full view of the prep. I thought it was very cool and loved watching the activity throughout my meal. The restaurant is comfortable and had a really nice ambiance. I ordered the Tasting Menu and enjoyed every single bite. I also ordered the sangria and was very excited at the amount of fruit was in the glass. The sangria was delicious. First course was a Caesar salad - they make it with a trout dressing as opposed to anchovy. It tasted a bit different from a traditional Caesar salad, but it was nice. I found it odd that they had watermelon radishes in it, but the flavors worked nicely. The main dish was the star. Filet and Brussels sprouts. Wow, I wish I knew how they made those Brussels sprouts! They were really tasty on their own, but served atop an eggplant puree and this side dish was completely elevated. The filet was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and had a fantastic sear. That’s the only reason you need a knife, to get through the sear. The seasonings were fantastic, the meat was so very tender, and the portion size was perfect. To top dinner off, I chose the brownie with ice cream. Honestly, I wanted to lick the plate on this one. The brownie was cooked perfectly and topped with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream, toasted pecans and chocolate sauce. But there was something that pushed it over the top - a sprinkling of flaked salt. I couldn’t believe how much this simple ingredient could elevate this dessert. I’m thinking I’ll be sprinkling this on anything chocolate that I make at home!

Why did we wait so long to try it? We’ve had reservations and changed our mind several times but now I can’t wait to go back. Today we’re huge fans of 2 restaurants at the Bellajio. It’s near the crepery. Our waiter was wonderful! The atmosphere is modern and soothing. We sat in the back area and it was quiet plus we could see people walking through the Bellajio. But we could care less because we were all focused on the experience. The fish was the market special and I can’t recall the name of it but it’s a white flesh fish, served skin side up. Cooked Mediterranean style. So flaky. Decadent. I couldn’t quite finish it, which pained me. The naan was buttery and in paper thin layers. A huge hit with everyone. Better than most Indian restaurants I’ve visited. I loved the risotto with mushrooms and I think, peas. The roasted vegetables were very good too, earthy and colorful. I was too full to eat much of them though. My husband loved his steak. But let me tell you how close we were to not getting dessert and what a big mistake that would’ve been! It was the best brownie I’ve ever had!! It was so rich, with a tiny bit of sea salt and a scoop of ice cream and some chocolate sauce. It comes in a small cast iron pan. Chocolate heaven coma! We scraped every bit out. Up until recently the Brumpy Brownie held my #1 position for over a decade (the restaurant closed years ago and I couldn’t let it go). But now I can get one in Vegas. My life is suddenly fulfilled. And yet I didn’t take a photo. I didn’t expect it to be that good. It was a true (almost) ‘better than sex’ brownie. The most decadent brownie in Las Vegas. The brownie that has my heart forever. As you can see, I loved everything but I can’t stop gushing about the brownie.

Located in the heart of Bellagio, Harvest is hidden gem for cocktail enthusiasts. The cozy and inviting atmosphere immediately welcomes you as you step inside. One cannot help but be impressed by the extensive craft cocktail menu that Harvest has to offer. Among their standout creations, the Paper Plane cocktail truly stands out. This expertly crafted drink combines equal parts bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice, resulting in a beautifully balanced and refreshing taste. Each sip is a delight to the senses, with the sweet and bitter flavors perfectly complementing each other. The bartenders at Harvest are true artists, carefully concocting each cocktail with precision and creativity. Their knowledge and passion for mixology shine through in every drink they create. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or just looking to try something new, the Paper Plane cocktail is a must-try. Aside from the exquisite cocktails, Harvest also offers a delectable menu of farm-to-table cuisine. The freshness and quality of their ingredients are evident in every dish, further enhancing the overall dining experience. With its warm ambiance and exceptional craft cocktails, Harvest in Bellagio is a haven for cocktail lovers. Whether you're enjoying a night out with friends or looking for a romantic spot for a date, this establishment will leave you thoroughly satisfied.

We are locals who try every restaurant we can find. This is our new favorite. Some of the best food we've tasted in years. Happily willing to accommodate food allergies. And the BEST service team in town. I'll say that again, we eat everywhere and this place is the best service you will find in Vegas. STK, SW, Golden Steer, Bavette's, Gordon Ramsay, Joel Rubochon, and Jose Andres all have incredible service... But Harvest is the unsung hero that tops them all.

The hostesses were friendly and seemed happy to help us get seated. Tana is not only the sweetest server we have ever met, she is knowledgeable, and delivers on every level. She was GENUINELY friendly, personal, perfectly attentive, and remembered every tiny request we made. Do you like your server to have a pretty smile and stunning blue eyes? Good news. That's Tana as well. Manny, the manager, adds an old school Vegas touch by stopping by the table to make sure you're taken care of. If you engage him a little you won't be sorry. He will make you feel like a regular the first time you meet him. You can tell both he and Tana take their service seriously and want their guests to feel comfortable. The appetizers were amazing, I highly recommend the yellowtail crudo. This is not a traditional steakhouse, but do not shy away from the steak. I was craving a Ribeye medium rare and it was perfection. My wife had the salmon and raved about it. Every side was fresh and delicious. I'm not a big brussel sprouts fan but I could not stop eating them. Okay, dessert. Are you super picky about creme brulee because you are a fancy pants connoisseur? Get the creme brulee. The tiramisu was also spot on. Did I miss anything? Oh! They gave my wife a rose on our way out. It was just a nice, personal touch. Thank you Manny, Tana, and the staff at Harvest for such a memorable night. We will...
