Denny's Restaurant — Restaurant in Paradise

Long wait for cold pancakes and hash downs. Our server is this older south Asian lady who sat us by the back booth next to their wash station. She brought us 2 soaking wet coffee mugs that she literally just rinsed off quickly and not very clean. My ice water glassware had coffee splatter on it that's dried. I think they were busy and out of cups so she literally just quickly washed off someone else's before the kitchen brought out fresh cleaned sanitized ones for us. The booth beside us sat down later than us got their food quicker than us but they had a more attentive young waitress. I think our waitress she forgot about us that's why when she finally remembered our food was cold when she brought it over. I don't think she can handle being an waitress if she can't even handle a table for 2 person. Very disappointed since it's our first time at Vegas and our very first breakfast there and it was cold. She also didn't check in on us or ask us how our food was. Waiting more than 30 minutes from placing order. My husband even left her a tip. I wouldn't have for her lack of service. I only picked Denny's because it's a chain I know of back home in Canada. Went there May.28.2024 Tuesday around 9am. Seated on the last booth on the right by the window end of the booth row by their washing or restocking section. I've ordered the one crepe breakfast meal with bacon and hash, my husband ordered a make your own grand slam with pancakes. Our food was cold when we ate it but we were starving by then so we just ate it cuz we didn't want to wait another 30+ minutes for them to redo it...

The good? Well, the employee was very nice.. The bad: We ordered ahead, bc I knew from past experience the wait can be long. I'm a vegetarian, so I ordered the stuffed French toast, right? Just that, and a side of hash browns. (I love me some carbs, and I was on vacation, don't judge me!) Well. We get back to the hotel.. I open my French toast..only to find, inexplicably, there's a big old piece of HAM under it, and random scrambled eggs?!! I don't like eggs, but far worse, my beautiful French toast now smells of MEAT. I especially dislike ham. So I literally could only eat the filling, as the bread smelt and tasted like ham! I just don't understand, why did they give me two items I didn't order?!! Of course we were staying not super close to Denny's, and we didn't open the bags til we got back to the hotel, and had somewhere to be after breakfast so didn't really have time to go back and return the offending meal. I submitted a complaint on their website. Got a form letter saying someone would address my issue soon.. Nobody ever did. Meanwhile, there was nothing wrong with my boyfriend's food... Except, later on, both he and I got excruciating stomachaches. Like, we were doubled over all night. Idk, just seems kinda weird. I ate the inside of my French toast, like only the stuffing since it was the only part that didn't taste like ham, plus the hash browns as they were packaged separately. He ate a grand slam, I think. And we both have horrible upset stomachs? I think something was bad at Denny's that morning, maybe. Can't prove it, but it...

I went to eat with my family yesterday to this place we thought we were going to have a good time and that we were going to enjoy it but it wasn't like that, the lady who was our waitress spoke Spanish and when she got to our table I thought she was going to speak to us in Spanish but she didn't and that really didn't bother us while we were ordering it seemed like she wanted to finish with us as soon as possible, we ordered 4 strawberry lemonades and she only gave us three my brother let the waitress know that we were missing a lemonade and she got angry and responded in a rude way to my brother she told my brother that we had ordered 3 lemonades and my brother politely told her that we had ordered 4 and tried to explain to the waitress but she got even angrier responded no and tried to let my brother know that it was our fault and he simply told her not to worry and that she could bring us the drink and she got very angry and went for the drink when she came back with the drink she put it on the table in a very rude way and She threw the straw on the table. My brother told her thanks, but she ignored him and went to the next table. She spoke to them in a nice way and even spoke to them in Spanish. I told my family that it was better to leave and she still asked me sarcastically if we were going to leave. I answered yes and that we were only going to pay for the drinks.
