The Campanile Tower at The Venetian — Attraction in Paradise

Supposedly Five stars resort has very poor customer service. I spoke with John in reservations department and oh boy!! I had my birthday weekend planned to check-in tomorrow Friday but my planned changed for 3 complementary stay as I have been only staying there for past 5 years after I was loyal to MGM resorts. They can't accommodate my change? They are sold-out on a non holiday weekend??? Are you serious?? Can't check-in on 11/6? I could have been no-show and not even called them. I am glad that I called because apparently when you login to your venetian account you can't even see your reservations. He was so rude and stubborn to tell me that it only works in email confirmation. Are you serious? In this technology world where you have all information at one place, you are saying your system sucks? I would have never called the number if I had an online option to cancel or Modify.
