Hibachi time — Restaurant in Paradise

The food is really good, but the communication process to get things set up is VERY poor and inconsistent. Especially through email. Not sure how you successfully run a business this way.

I’d also I had to ask more than 3x in the coordination process if they could share the menu, or the same questions to eventually get an answer, and had to go back and forth between IG and email to eventually get a reply, and this was after we paid for the booking.

I had communicated multiple times the window of time we wanted them to serve lunch to our employees, and had to ask 3+ times what time they would need to arrive to set up and prep. Confirmed all details and they were 20 minutes late arriving, which ended up being 10 minutes before the time we asked them to start serving. This caused team members to wait 15-20 minutes just to get their food once they ordered.

The food is so good! We were eating in the car and hadn't driven away yet and I started to order some noodles and steak,but decided not to. Let me tell you after eating half of my Steak plate, I got out and went and ordered my steak and noodles! It's that good. Yo I live in North of Vegas. I drove across town. Not once but twice. Last night on our way home I we got hungry and slid over to them and they were warming up the truck to go! I was quite upset. So that's how I ended up driving across town twice for this wonderful food! Hey the guys there are the best. Super cool, quick, and make it how you ask, me I'm easy plate with no veggies, good to go. Came here late night after seeing them on TikTok got the hibachi with chicken shrimp and filet Added 2 lobster tails on the side it came with fried rice and veggies. Definitely wasn’t the best hibachi I’ve had as the food was okay at best. Possibly why they open at 7pm until 2-3am they cater to the drunk and high crowd sadly I was high and it still didn’t taste that good. The portion was big as my partner and I were able to eat nicely and still have 1 portion left.
