Being locals we tend to stay away from the strip for the most part unless there is something like a dinner or show we are trying to go see. When Aldeans opened a while back we had heard it was a decent place to get a drink and listen to live music so we decided to check it out. The first time we went everything was fine overall, the atmosphere upstairs seemed great, the bourbon selection is lacking but that is to be expected at a commercial bar. As we watched on of the bands perform that time one of the security guards came up to our table and told us , Pay attention to the fact that I said "TOLD US" he was taking one of the stools we had at our table that was currently in use because he needed it for another table. That struck me as odd considering it was not an extra stool, it was a stool that one of the five people we had at the table was sitting on. We brushed that off but it still stood out to me in my mind.
Now, lets fast forward to last night.... We arrived at the bar around 8pm. We did each have a drink in hand on our way in and the girls up front told us we needed to finish them or throw them out before we went in which is understandable, so we did exactly that and then headed upstairs to meet the rest of the party. When we got upstairs they had a table by the bar and near the stage. With there being 7 of us our bar bill ran up pretty quickly, we had spent nearly $600 between the 7 of us and were having a good time listening to music and continuing to spend money at the bar. At 9:45 a guy came up to us and said hey just a heads up at 10:30 you may lost this table because it is going to become reserved... 10 minutes later at 9:55 another security guard came walking up to our table right after we just ordered another round of drinks and tells us we have to go, that there is currently someone downstairs paying for this table... I can tell you that based on this practice and the way it was handled our group of seven will never be coming back or spending another dollar in this place. When that security guard came to ask us to leave we mentioned to him, so the $600+ we spent means absolutely nothing? He just responded with a no.
My take on this is simple, if you are going to use these tables as a profit point and you are going to sell them to people you need to make that entire floor of tables reserved all the time and do not let people us them at all. Because when you walk up and tell paying guest to leave after they have spent plenty of money to cover the cost of that table you are doing nothing but driving customers away and in this case I can say that is seven guests that will not be returning or recommending your bar to anyone that asks for a good place to go...
Read moreFirst time customer. First time Google review We had a party of 10. Luis was our server. When the food was delivered by food runners, one of our plates was missing. Luis came back a few minutes later and we informed him. Ten minutes later a food runner finally brought the last plate. No explanation or apology from Luis, I assume he forgot to ring it in. It was at this point I feel like Luis started ignoring us.
We were never offered refills and waters went dry, still no Luis. When he did come back to the table he had 2 pizza cookies that he dropped off at the table. When we let him know we didn’t order these he said he thought he heard it was of our birthdays.
We finally get him to bring us the check and ask if he can split it. He claimed that the POS system did not allow for checks to be split by seat. I worked industry for 10 years, it was Aloha Point of Sale system that I know can be split by seat. We gave him our cards to split evenly.
It was then that we noticed that he had charged us for the 2 pizza cookies that we never asked for and made clear we hadn’t ordered. When we asked Luis he acted surprised that they were still on. He said he would take them off and then re-run the payment. After 5 minutes we asked the bartender at the big green tractor if we could speak to a manager and she said she messaged him and he would be right down. Five minutes later and we asked the security if he could go get the manager and he told us that he wasn’t allowed to leave his post. Five minutes after that I had to ask another server for a manager. When she said he was at the server station with Luis we had to walk over to speak with the manager instead of him coming to us. They eventually got the 2 cookies taken off after a very long delay and much frustration.
And what did Luis get for ruining a nice evening? 18% auto gratuity. I told the manager I would give zero stars due to the service, but unfortunately I have to give one because as Luis says…”the system...

If you're in Las Vegas and looking for a fun spot with amazing food, great drinks, and live music, Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar should be at the top of your list. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, with stunning views of the Strip that only add to the experience.
The Food: Let me start with the prime rib sandwich—WOW! It was absolutely out of this world. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and the au jus was the perfect finishing touch. I’m not exaggerating when I say everyone at my table begged me for a bite. For something a little different, if you’re a fan of buffalo sauce (like me), the buffalo cauliflower is a must-try. Crispy, flavorful, and drenched in the perfect amount of sauce—it was an unexpected delight. And if you’re there on a Saturday, don’t miss the Pork Belly Tacos. These street-style tacos are packed with so much flavor in each bite—one of the best small bites I’ve had in Vegas.
The Drinks: Speaking of flavor, the drinks here are top-notch. The espresso martinis are not to be missed. Start your night off right with one—they strike the perfect balance of smooth and bold, and honestly, you won’t regret it. The upstairs bar is the move!
The Service: The staff were fantastic! They struck the perfect balance between attentive and not overbearing. Drinks were always full, and they checked in at just the right moments. Everyone had a smile on their face, and I truly felt like they cared about making my experience special.
Live Music & Ambiance: The live music was great, adding a fun, lively vibe to the entire experience. Whether you’re there for the food or the tunes, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar offers the perfect mix of both.
Overall, this is one of those places you’ll want to visit again and again. Between the food, drinks, live music, and the views of the Strip, it’s an experience you won’t...
