After Having a Horrible Experience in The Location in Tropicana Blvd and Dean Martin. I Came Here Since That Day On My Way To My Station. Were I Dealt With a Wonderful and Extremely Respectful Young Lady Miss Lupe, And Without a Doubt An Extremely Genuine and Respectful Gentleman Jimmy. Both and Alma Have Been a True Blessing Indeed. As A Local Community Law enforcement and 12 Year Marine Combat Veteran It Was indeed a pleasure to deal with Them So Often. Their Genuine and Excellent Customer Service. Treating everyone with the same Humbleness and Beautiful Attitude, We all Deserve To. This Location has a High amount of Customers Who came from the Homeless Shelter or just Transients. Which as a Marine, I strongly believe we all deserve the Same Treatment. We All Deserve that Warm Welcoming and Genuine treatment I see From them. Jimmy and Miss Lupe always Ensure I and everyone else have the same Experience. It's Absolutely Amazing that there is indeed still People with such Dedication and Passion and Compassion Towards others. As a Public Figure Serving My Community and My Nation As a Law Enforcement Gentleman And as a Marine. It Humbled Myself Even More Seeing How Miss Lupe and Mr. Jimmy Are Full of Positive Energy And Joy. I'm Blessed To Say It Makes My Afternoon Have Such Positive Contact. Both Are an Excellent Example of What We Need In This World and Our Community. I was going to stop and get food. I walked in as I was nearby. There was only one person working up front taking orders. She did not greet me. She was busy with another customer but could have still greeted me. I left as she seemed too busy with the other customer as in chatting. She did not seem to care that another person was there. I left as she was rude and it was taking way too long as the other customer were too busy chatting. I have worked in customer service and when there is more than one customer, you greet them and acknowledge them.

Went there again today to go to the drive thru. As they started to take our order, it went silent for a very long time. I was able to go in get on them and see what was going on. They were just standing around and chatting. The people in front of us were able to order fine and quickly.We just pulled forward without ordering (we could not back up and out as there was a car behind us). As soon as the car in front of us got their order and was able to move, my mom just drove off. Extremely awful and rude customer service. I may never go back to this location as awful customer service keeps happening. It was faster for me to leave the car, go in, and get back to the car before they were taking...

Would have given more stars but.......went inside to order because I was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes without moving. Inside was an additional 15 minute wait. I timed it both times. I would have left but person I was ordering for wanted this. I ordered their new Triple Jumbo Jack Meal for $4.99 and the $4.99 Spicy Chicken Finger meal. Another 10 minute wait and was called. Had to ask for my drinks and was then told they were out of drink carriers (I was alone). Asked for ketchup and was given 2. Asked for napkins and was given 2. Had to ask for chicken finger sauce and was given 1. Also had to ask them to fill the drinks more than half way. He said he left the cups mostly empty because he knew that I had to carry them without a drink carrier. ????? Chicken fingers were cold and over-cooked. Hard. Burger was also not warm and fries were barely warm. Cashier was friendly but he also charged me a higher price (upgraded) and I didn't ask for an upgrade. Didn't notice until I got home. Sizes were NOT upgraded. Always a long wait at this store. No matter the time. But all employees are friendly. I know places have off days, but this store has them every...
