WOW. That sums it up. I'll start with, we booked Maggiano's for our out of state wedding reception. From the very first email inquiry, to picking up our items the day after our wedding, working with the staff at Maggiano's LV was a true and honest blessing. Our wedding day was perfect for so many reasons... one of the top being, we chose this restaurant venue.
You would think planning an out of state reception by email correspondence would be hard? Nope. Not with Maggiano's LV. Beth and Jessie made our reception dreams come to life! They made the entire process easy and were always helpful- they were always focused on what we were envisioning. Out of every wedding vendor, they were always the quickest to respond.
We were able to off our decorations the night before but we also had the option of shipping our items to the venue at anytime. We had all three banquet rooms reserved.
When I walked into the reception, it was so hard to keep it together. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. They really went above and beyond with every detail. Not that you even need a lot of detail- the venue itself is gorgeous. You can't beat the view.
The food- everyone still talks about the food. Seriously- we will not go back to Vegas without eating at Maggiano's. Just a few highlights of what was served (you can't go wrong with anything)- chicken saltimbocca, pesto alfredo cheese raviolis, meatballs and asiago crusted shrimp. Okay...now my mouth is watering.
We set up our own iPhone for music- their audio system worked perfectly. There is plenty of dance floor space.
The service was incredible. Like I said, Beth and Jessie were absolutely incredible to work with- Myself, my husband and my in-laws (everyone who worked with them closely) were all treated like family. There was another staff member who passed around our small plate food items and he constantly made sure myself and the wedding party ate. I honestly would have gotten a chance to try our food if it wasn't for him. I wish I would have gotten his name because so many guests enjoyed his friendly presence as well.
I can't tell you enough how reassuring it was to know, all of our items would be kept safe until the next morning when we could pick them up. Not having to worry about that or having to ask a family member to stay back and do that was such a blessing.
I could go on and on about how smooth our wedding reception went, thanks to Maggiano's LV, but then it would turn into a book. I promise you, you will not regret holding any special event here. Thank you everyone at...
Read moreSeating direction after arriving for our reservation while waiting was a bit unclear, so after 12 minutes we approached another hostesses to inquire, and we were seated within a minute.
The service was excellent, she took time to point out which items were dairy free to my friend, and she selected the Linguine di Mare. I ordered the Parmesan-Crusted fish with Calabrian Honey, substituting spinach for the snap peas. Throughout the meal we didn't have to wait or flag down our waitress for refills or anything, but yet she wasn't hovering. Just the perfect level of attention and availability without being intrusive.
There was a photographer who came over and took a great picture, of which we purchased 2. I would have preferred none of the added graphics on the photo, and the cropping being a bit wider so as to not end at my friends cleavage, but show some of the pretty dress she was wearing as well as some of the gorgeous restaurant surrounding us.
We started with the Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta. The appetizer was good but a bit dry and the flat plate the oil and vinegar was on, ill suited for dipping. It is not one I would reorder, but I am looking forward to trying the mushroom or calamari next time. My fish was excellent, and I wouldn't change a thing about it. She enjoyed her Linguine di Mare, and even had me try a taste so I "did not miss out". The flavor was very good, in my all time top 3 for Mussels.
Drinks were poured right, nothing too heavy or light, the flavor was good. She had a mule drink with extra lime, and we both had a pomegranite? martini.
Overall the experience was delightful. Of note however the stopper in our olive oil at the table was loose and fell out when we attempted to use it. A small thing of balsamic or red wine vinegar at the table would have been a nice touch as well.

Seriously folks, I have been to Maggiano's several times over the years. I've been to the location on the strip, this one, and to the location in Summerlin. This by FAR has been the best experience I've ever had at Maggiano's.
The food is amazing, I've never had a bad meal here. What set this visit apart from any other I've had here is Michael Baker. Michael is a Hospitality Ambassador, a server and a singer. Michael goes out of his way to make sure your experience is the best you've ever had.
First was his personality. From the time we sat down until the time we left, Michael made sure we felt like family not customers. He discussed drinks and food choices with us. We were there for my daughters birthday and this was by far the BEST service I have ever received at a restaurant. Our drinks were never empty and our food was amazing. We were checked on several times throughout our meal. Michael was warm, friendly and had a personality others should emulate. He joked with us, he talked with us like a family members, he insulted me like a brother in a good way.
Michael has a singing voice like no one I've heard in a long time. When our meal was done and it was dessert time, Michael had the entire room participating in celebrating her birthday. What really made Michael AMAZING, he was like this with every table he had that evening and he did not miss a beat with anyone. Michael made each table feel like they were the only table he had and his personality was infectious throughout the entire room.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maggiano's and you have to ask for Michael Baker. I will be back more often because of Michael Baker. Like I said, he is a server others should emulate.
