That star's too high! I got jerked around pretty good over a 50 cent cup of coffee. The first wench, whom is training for management, is rude & nasty, told me she was going to charge me for another cup because the one I had was from the day before. Even though the bottom of the cup was covered in coffee grounds. And before she finished with me, she walked off and started talking to two other women and just left me standing there. The guy that called her over is also training for leadership. Scary thought! I left. Came back the next day to catch Linda, whom I thought would be more in tune with resolving the issue, and I was wrong about that, but the management trainee was there again. He made excuses for her, she wasn't feeling well and went home early. If she were sick, why was she even there? Much less on the front-line. She was allegedly supposed to have claimed that I didn't have the cup OR the receipt. Newsflash! I still have BOTH! He said Linda would be there the next day working the day shift covering for the micro-manager whom was on vacation. I went again for the 3rd time. Linda's there. She also makes excuses for the nasty one, and Linda is even a shade to the less than professional. She claims they don't know if I dug the cup out of the dumpster because "they've caught'em" according to her. All over a 50 cent cup of coffee?😂😂😂😂😂 The micro-manager returns. We set up a time for me to go their yet again. I get there and she tells me she's too busy to speak to me and that I need to come back. Never been back, NEVER going back. It’s either their food isn’t fresh or they have NASTY attitudes. I came thru drive thru today because I was pretty hungry after an interview and at first the girl seemed all nice I get to the window and hand her my card and she swipes it I don’t know how many times then tries to ask me for more money KEEP IN MIND I ONLY ORDERED 2 HOT N SPICYS AND A FRY I then tell her I’m not giving her any more money and she calls the manager they PROCEED TO HOLD ONTO MY CARD WALKING BACK AND FOURTH AND TALKING AMONGST EACH OTHER. The manager then starts asking me for more money and by this time I’m pissed because I know good and well I have enough money so I tell her I’m not giving her anymore damn money and she then says “this is ridiculous “ and I say “oh well” and she asks me to pull forward STILL HOLDING MY CREDIT CARD and I tell her I’m not moving until you give me my card back and finally after 10 MINUTES of her holding onto my card she gives it back and I pull forward then they didn’t give me what I ordered. Read moreHorrible customer service. I drive for Uber Eats, and when I arrived at this location the lobby was closed. I attempted to knock on the doors, and I even tried walking up to the drive-thru window to catch someone's attention. The employees inside noticed me, but did not come to the door or window. The drive-thru lanes were blocked by road cones. I could not get anybody's attention through the doors or Windows so I moved some of the cones blocking the drive-thru. When I got to the drive-thru window the manager opened the window and yelled at me for moving the cones. I informed her that I made multiple attempts to catch any employees attention, and I even called the store through the Uber app. I didn't get any response, so I moved the cones. She continued to yell at me the entire time she was preparing the food. I had asked for her name, and the phone number for upper management, but that only increased her level of rudeness. So I pulled out my camera to take a photo. When the order was ready she practically threw the bag in my car. The drink that was in the bag spilled because of her.
After I made the delivery I noticed that the manager gave me a negative review on Uber. I'm extremely disappointed in the service at this location. I'll be calling the corporate office to report this incident. That was completely uncalled for and...
