The costumes are spot-on, the dance moves are slick and authentic, and the energy they bring to the stage is infectious. You can't help but tap your feet, sing along at the top of your lungs, and maybe even get up and dance in the aisles (and many people do!). It's a vibrant, interactive experience that just fills you with joy. As much as I love love love the BeeGee’s and I want to stay positive, I’m at a loss for words in giving them an honest review but I will! I don’t even think it’s all their fault too. The venue first of all had no service in terms of drinks. The music was sooooooo loud in such a small place that it was very uncomfortable to speak to anyone mind you the closest person next to you. They do not belong in that room at anytime with that type of music, especially when they start hitting cords in the electric beat. The music overwhelmed the vocals and us! I’m not sure who is in charge with the lights but it seemed very amateurish. Come on! Blinking lights in our eyes where we can’t even see the stage of performers who we came to see! I’ve seen worse seating, but I feel if you can’t fill the space then get rid of some of those darn tables with no drinks. Leave more room for movement in terms of dancing. The price was not worth it. 🙁
The performances: These men are pretty much talented I’m sure. I’m not sure why others are saying their singing was horrible, wasn’t it recorded? Too many mashups for me. They did not sing 1 whole song thoroughly to the end. I was pretty disappointed with that. I do realize that they produced many many hits but it would have been nice to do a whole song on the top hits and mashups with the rest. I wouldn’t pay to go to this show again. Wasted time and money. Like I mentioned earlier, they are a great group that needs some minor tweaks in their show but with that sound, this venue didn’t do it justice from what I mentioned above.
I did dance at the end when they asked the audience to get up and dance to the disco era. I had to make use of my money and make sure it was well spent.
Thank you for the experience and hope the hotel takes this with a grain of salt for improvement. I will not be suggesting this group to my family...
Read moreSo I suppose getting a refund is out of the question. Robin Gibb had long hair. Your guy didn’t. I am staying where they performed at the Excalibur. I saw the real bee gees in concert. All-they did was play partial songs and told everybody to get up and dance. Over 100 dollars is way to much I saw the Australian Bee Gees at The Excalibur Hotel in Las Vegas on Christmas Day. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it wasn’t worth the 100 plus dollars I paid. The guys who played Barry Gibb had the same haircut but sounded nothing like the real Barry Gibb Robin Gibb had long hair. They played partial songs for an hour then they toldtold everybody to get up and dance and that was it. I saw the actual bee bees in concert and watched their latest Documentary on HBO. I cant believe that Barry Gibb hasn’t said anything. I am sorry but they just sounded really bad and tried to get everybody in the audience up to dance to cover their sound. I was really disappointed and would like a refund and doubt it will ever happen. There is no way they are worth paying over 100 dollars. The Barry look a like has the same hair cut and fake Blue Guitar the real Gibb always uses but that did not save the show. I would a refund for that disaster of a show. I will never get my money back. Thanks for Responding how about a refund. Over 100 dollars is a lot. It just wasn’t worth it. I am asking because I am legally disabled and 100 dollars plus is a lot of money for me. If so Kim Harris Excalibur hotel in Las Vegas they would have my address. Sorry I know this tacky I live on disability and I was so disappointed it isn’t that I didn’t want to like it. I love everything about The Bee Gees but the show needs more if they are going to charge 115...
