I had breakfast at The Kitchen two times during my stay. The first day I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was okay. It wasn't bad but there are definitely better items on the menu and I wouldn't order it again. It was just bland and not very filling. The 2nd day I ordered the Dulce de Leche french toast and it was awful. I couldn't even finish it and that's saying something. My 7 year old took one bite and spit it out. It was soggy, yet had very little syrup on it. Our waiter on the 2nd day never came back to our table after serving & I couldn't get her attention to ask for a drink refill or more syrup. Definitely a let down. I will say, however, that my son ordered the Virgin Breakfast both days and it was really good; comes with quite a bit of food and aside from the burnt toast each time, it tasted good. This is definitely a convention option where it is located within the hotel, but man, the service was subpar and 2 of the 3 items we ordered were not good. Play it safe and go with the Virgin Breakfast and you'll be fine, but if you have the option to go elsewhere, I would do it. In fact, we ended up getting breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin Donuts just across the casino the last two days and it was half the price and much better. Do that instead!

When we walked in, we had to wait for the hostess to greet us and seat us. The server came over, asked what we wanted to drink, allowed us to view the menu, and then came back to take our order. We arrived around 6:20pm. and were not served with our food until 745pm. All we ordered was chicken tenders and fries on one, and the other was mini corn dog pail with tater tots. The tenders were dry and over cooked, and the mini corn dogs had to be sent back because the tater tots were cold. No one actually checked on how our meal was, and one of us had to go and inform the hostess with a manager standing there talking that the food was not to our liking. I would only suggest this as a last resort and never go before a show at the Virgin Theater.

We stayed at Virgin Hotels and came here for breakfast. I got the Texas brisket and eggs. I forgot to take photo of my wife's dish: hash skillet. The brisket was tender and it was smothered in bbq sauce. If you like having a lot of sauce, then go for it. I like to taste the brisket so I removed some of the sauce. Under the eggs is a corn muffin. It has some bacon buts and jalapeño bits. It was good and wasn't too dry like other corn bread I've had. Our server was great. She was very efficient and super friendly. The place was bigger than we thought as it goes further in so front outside, it doesn't look that big. The decor is very relaxed and comforting. Definitely come here for a meal or two when you're staying here.

On Sep 3rd between hour hours of 2pm and 5pm. I made an phone pick up order from my hotel room asking for buffalo wings ( well done) and a side of fries. While picking up my order i received and text message that caused me to ave to urgently leave the property after placing my to go order in my hotel suit. Upon my return me and mu guest notice that the order was a burger with fries. i promptly walked down to the restaurant. spooke wtoo the young lady at te front and she said oh i gave you the wrong order i am so sorry! let me call the manager. Once the manager came out, we went over whhat happend and she shaid she would make a a fresh set of wing no problem. about 10 minutes later a new waitress brougth my food along with a bill (lol). i asked what is this bill, may i please speak to the manager. once the manager came out withh whomever she was training. she sai i have too change you agin because i need the receipt! i said Ms your employee just explained thhat she did give me the wrong order and thhat my correct order was still under the hot lamp. she insisted on the receipt. so i made the trip back to the other side of thhe hotel to retrieve the food. once she inspected the food tat was untouched with noooo receipt. she refunded the burger and proceeded and order for the wings. this process with her took about 45 minutes. this experience ...

The menu at this restaurant is not what is shown here on Google maps. There were many things missing that I had intended on ordering. The menu is limited now to breakfast sandwiches with steak, omelettes, pancakes, and breakfast burritos. There is a breakfast buffet available as an option with the only added options being bacon and yogurt. I ordered the western omelette and I was shocked that there was almost no sausage at all. My partner had the Virgin burrito for breakfast and he too noticed that there was hardly any meat in the burrito. The eggs in both my omelette and my partners burrito were very dry, and both our plates lacked flavor. The hashbrowns were entirely unremarkable. Denny’s serves better breakfast than this and has a larger selection of plates, as well as serving you more meats on the dish. This was very surprising to me considering this isn’t a cheap resort to stay at. I wasn’t expecting a Michelin star breakfast but for $22.50 I am so disappointed with the omelette plate I got. The best thing about the breakfast was the English Breakfast tea I ordered with it, which says a lot. Otherwise the service and atmosphere were fine. The waiter was friendly, but the actual food was a big letdown. If you’re staying at this hotel, chick fil a right up the street offers a...
