As a Chinese, I can guarantee this is not the real fine-dining Chinese food what you are looking for as they shamelessly advertised “not your typical orange chicken”.
First, the menu lacks variety. It only features generic dishes like shrimp fried rice, string beans, mapo tofu, and broccoli beef—dishes that are not commonly eaten by Chinese people in their daily lives.
Second, when you compare the options and flavors, what really sets this place apart from Panda Express? It seems like a more expensive version of the same thing, with little to no distinction in quality or authenticity.
Lastly, the preparation of the dishes is far from traditional. For example, in authentic Chinese cuisine, we don’t typically add shrimp or chicken to fried rice. Instead, we use seasoned sausages. They're a little on the higher side of pricing, but considering where they are in the hotel area, it's not bad! You'd definitely won't be wrong for ordering multiples, because we sure did. Excellent quality of food, great service, and the staff is very upbeat. A full meal may cost about $20-30 per person, but the servings are a little on the generous side. You wont leave on an empty stomach. Stop here before having fun at the casinos! It's...
