Pokeworks — Restaurant in Paramus

I am a huuuge poke enthusiast, and this was very disappointing.

Fish and topping options are super limited. No salmon, barely any tuna variety, and none of my usual favorites like pickled cucumbers, pickled onions, etc. However, I was really craving a bowl, so I decided to give this place a shot anyway.

They were stingy with their toppings. I got maybe a tsp of masago, barely any cabbage, and a few pieces of rock-hard mango. I did get quite a bit of pineapple, but it was so rotten it tasted fizzy, and lots of corn, but who orders poke for the corn?

The fish itself wasn’t terrible, but the crispy chili shrimp left my mouth on fire— and i love spice, so I couldn’t really taste much of the tuna after that.

Wouldn’t order from here...

all the lower reviews have GOT to be lying this place is the BOMB DOT COM!!!!!! workers are always super nice, and if they're not theyre just doing their job, especially with rushes. i work in the mall and ive told all my coworkers about this place, and they all love it too!! last time i ordered pickup here they got my order mixed up with someone else's, and when i came back it was no issue at all to have my order fixed on the spot, right in time for my 30 to be over and still finish it all. if you dont trust mall sushi but still want raw fish, GO HERE!!! ive gone dozens of times and have never gotten sick, fish is always fresh like the salmon was fileted...

Delicious!!! First time trying this location for a Poke and it was really good. The items I used for my Poke Bowl were very fresh. Ahi tuna was cold and just the right amount of protein for my dinner. The additional items like mango, cucumber, seaweed and masago really made the whole dinner come out great. Line was a little long, but the manager and staff kicked it into high gear and very quickly I was served and on my way. Got a bottled water with my Poke Ball, at $2.50 that's high, next time stop at the news stand. Also I got a regular and with the water it was just under 15 bucks, on the high side for a mall food court. But the quality was good and I...
