Wendy's — Restaurant in Park City

It's been a while since I've had Wendy's. So I decided to give it a try at this location 2 weeks ago and today as I write this review. I don't know if it's just this location or the recipes changed but their food tasted old and nasty. Their potato wedges are super thin and dry. I literally bit into one and it deflated... their maple bacon chicken breakfast sandwich may sound delicious but far from tasting delicious. Expect their bacon to be over cooked and stale. And the "maple" just somehow feels (smells rather) like an old dirty laundromat. Their breakfast baconator was a little more eatable but not worth the price tag they put on their food. If you're paying for quality you should get quality in return, not whatever the hell they placed in my bag of food. Disgusting and gross. Stick to Chic fil-A or Culver's. I'm from the area, so I've been going to this Wendy's my whole life, and have a feel of the foods overall quality. Anyways, to get to the point, after undergoing recent renovations both externally and internally, the restaurant has been given a fresh new modern look to match all other restaurants in the area. I went inside to order my food in order to see the new environment, and all looked clean and tidy. It took a few minutes for the employee to take the order because they tend to prioritize the drive-through, which happened to be packed. Everything was in order with my food (a bacon double stack biggie bag and a baconator with ghost pepper ranch). Ordered a queso burger combo no ice with an additional side of queso fries and a cup of water. Was not given one the fries or my water. When I told them they messed up my order the manager on duty Juanita told me "no, I made it myself, It is correct. I showed her the drink that has ice in it along with the receipt that read no ice since I had no way to prove I did not receive my fries or drink. She insisted she made my order correct and refused to correct it. When I told her I would not leave until I got the food I ordered she called the police on me.
