Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Parma

I had lunch with a good friend! We met at Jimmy John's in Parmatown Plaza! The best part was, I had been trying to find a Jimmy John's to try out their Subs and I wasn't disappointed! I'd already had a late Breakfast so I only ate a few bites then wrapped it up for later! With a side of Mustard Potato Salad and that made it even more delicious! So I went back to Jimmy John's for another now I intend to go back for another tomorrow! For their Large Sub plus another couple of the 1/2 Subs that I want to try as well! I also did call my friend to thank him for his most excellent choice! Stay tuned, as I do lot of stops at various restaurants! I also check more worthwhile places for Auto Repairs, Clothing venues and I stick to the Solid Facts on Value for the money, Personnels efficiency even under fast paced activity! I'll keep my eye open for more sites of the Jimmy John's Brand! Open n Friendly, oh they do take Call in Orders as well!...

I order a Tuna sub, giant. They didn’t cut the sub up. Way too big of a sandwich too have, and not cut, I asked specifically no lettuce, there was lettuce. With a big sub like the one I got I would would think it would come with 2 ranches as well, when I asked for it they charged me I gladly paid for it but I feel like this jimmy johns has poor customer service as well no common sense. Also the cashier and one of the prep chefs (or whatever they call the people that makes there sandwiches) was fussing cashier was obviously new and didn’t know how too take an order oh yeah they were mopping the floors with no wet sign put down (that’s an osha violation) I don’t blame the workers they seem too be kids just working to make money for whatever life Is asking of them but this definitely is a reflection on...

Ordered a veggie sub and a bag of chips for delivery. I live 5 min from the restaurant. Took over an hour for my sandwhich to get here bc they outsourced the delivery to Uber & the Uber driver wasn’t in my neighborhood. Customers should be told before they order if delivery times are not going to be “freaky fast” as advertised. A similar delivery time happened the last time I ordered and just figured it was a one time thing - guess not. The sandwhich arrived luke warm with barely any veggies and the ones on there are cut super thin. Def not worth the $12 I paid. Won’t be coming back. Bummer bc a couple years ago this place used...
