McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasadena

This is got to be one of the worst McDonald here. Not only are the employees rude, so are the management. I ordered multiple times here, they not only have gotten various orders wrong, they also have gotten my drink wrong. I would usually not take time to post review unless it's meaningful.

While picking up my thank you meal for today, they refused me a drink of "any size" which was stated on the advertisement and was given to me by all other McDonald's on the other days. Not only that, they then are telling me I am wrong. When I asked the employee to make sure and clarify w manager, she didn't even budge to move or try to clarify, all she said was she already consulted and that was final.

The line here is long in person and via drive through. Through the 6-7 years I been to the McDonald, it's only because by proximity and convenience.

Since then I actually been here another 5-6 times I realize it's only that one same woman that gives everyone attitude; she is the one who wears blue shirt and maroon scarf and works morning shift; blonde highlights and speaks Spanish, seems like she is on higher management bc of the blue but idk? But if she is higher management wow..the attitude every time I go there is about beyond anything I've seen at a McDonald's.

Do not recommend. Don't go here if you have a choice.

Abstract: No refills and stale fries…

I recently visited my local McDonald's and, while the service was decent, I was quite taken aback by their policy on soda refills. I had no idea that they don’t offer free refills on soda, and as someone who enjoys having a drink while dining, it felt frustrating to be restricted in such a simple way. In today’s fast-paced world of fast food, it seems odd that a giant like McDonald's would choose to limit something as basic as a beverage refill.

As for the food, I was really hoping for the classic fries that McDonald’s is known for, but unfortunately, the ones I received were stale and lackluster. They tasted like they had been sitting out for too long and didn’t have that signature crispy goodness I expected. It was a letdown and really affected my overall experience.

While the staff was okay and did their job, they didn’t go above and beyond; I left feeling somewhat undervalued as a customer. The combination of the soda refill policy and the stale fries detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

Given the array of fast food options available, I’ll be considering other places that value customer service and food quality more highly. Until this McDonald's reconsiders their soda policy and ensures fresher food, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my fast...

The absolute TRASHIEST mcds we've ever had the displeasure of going too. Not very attentive to in store customers. Either wait FOREVER to even get noticed, to order normally, or, use 1 of 2 broken kiosk (half the screens are dead), to do the order YOURSELF (why are these things still around?) other 2 remaining kiosk, didn't work at all. And they also don't give you your receipt/proof of purchase. Discovered later they do NOT give refills on soda's (first ever for a mcds not giving refills), they also don't have the $1.50 any size soda, like every other mcds has.

Ordered a caramel ice coffee, with additional chocolate syrup added. Not only did they not add chocolate like my order stated, it had no caramel either. Wanting $20 an hour, to do bare minimum. And they all act like you're asking too much of them, to either fix an issue, or get a bag for remaining items you just lost the appetite to even eat since the restaurant itself is so disgusting. My guess is it's private owned, and it shows. No care for ANYTHING that needs maintaining, lazy workers, and not even keeping up with other mcds in regards to deals. And seriously, what mcds in the entire history, never gave refills?
