Decent if you get your food … I went here with a group of friends, and had a rather strange experience. In short, my order never arrived, and one of my friends youtiao took 45 minutes. The people who did get their crepes enjoyed it though. So ultimately, a very mixed experience - for me personally I’d give it a lower than 3 stars, but since other people did get and enjoy their food I’ll keep it at three.
I ordered a spicy tofu soup. It just never arrived, even after waiting an hour and inquiring about it. Other parties after me did get served (including soups). After 30 minutes I checked on the order and was told it was on the way. 30 minutes after that, I decided to cancel the order and they did at least give me the refund. Someone else (different party) had also waited a really long time and decided to cancel their order. They allowed this as well, so that’s at least doable…

Read moreHonestly, love this place! It’s not quite a creperie in the French sense—rather, this restaurant serves up savory Chinese-style crepes called “jianbing” 煎饼, a popular Chinese breakfast food filled with whatever your heart desires (in my case, usually Peking duck or BBQ pork). If you want to feast, I recommend getting a jianbing with one of the combos (either the tea egg, soybean milk, fried Chinese donuts (油条)and/or tofu soups). So good ✨
There are also some non-jianbing food option such as bento boxes and other side dishes. I haven’t had these but they look good and could supplement your meal.
Pros: food is delicious, comes out fast, good for a quick casual bite, clean bright interior Cons: there is no restroom in the restaurant for customers, sometimes the AC can be kind of cold (why I docked a point for atmosphere)

Read moreI went here with my girlfriend that grew up in China and this is something they ate as a child. Neither of us were impressed. The dish is meant to be made fast (in China these are made on street carts) and it does take some skill to keep up with the pace, but this place is on the slower side. The crepe is overloaded with grease. The heavily oiled donut plus chili powder overpower the taste of everything else. There's no balance to the taste. The kitchen is in the main area with poor ventilation so expect to have the smell of the food on your clothes as you leave. On a positive note, the soy milk is tasty. Don't think i'll be...
