Crumbl — Restaurant in Pasco

I ordered cookies from the crumble app. It said my cookies were delivered and they weren't. I called the store and they told me to wait until a certain time and if they still hadn't been delivered, to call back and they could have someone else bring my cookies. I waited until that time and called back. I told them my cookies still hasn't been delivered and she said she didn't have a way to have the cookies sent again. I never received them. I was told I would get a full refund, still waiting for that to show. I feel like this could have been handled differently. If you knew you couldn't have them re sent, then I should have been made aware instead of being told they could. We order from them all the time and now we won't...

I was craving some late night crumble, as we all do. Went a couple minutes before closing....rude I know. But the customer service I got, was worse. It started off with one of them visually annoyed with my presence. Then talking amongst eachother about turning off the sign and locking the door. It was 955, the store closes at 10. I'm pretty sure they also gave me raw cookies, I ordered the 3 mini pack. The cookies had no form and fell apart in my hands. They tasted very raw. I ended up throwing them away, waste of 10 bucks. My kids were very disappointed that the cookies were so raw. I really hope they don't treat all of their customers this way. I was very disappointed...

Having young girls walk out by them selves to deliver curbside cookies is irresponsible and dangerous for this company to put the girls in harms way after dark, or even before.I know a few times men have called in orders as women, and when the employee walks out, there was one guy in the back seat and one up front. That could have ended badley if the girls didn't walk out together because they felt very uneasy. Expecially after seeing 2 men and no women. They should never allow women to walk out by them selves in the dark. I hope they change this ...
