As soon as we started ordering in the speaker heavy set Hispanic girl was rude when taking our order our order was $50 and she kept interrupting the ordering process her tone of voice was out of place. We felt like we were being rushed. Once we got to the window we asked for sauce she completely ignored us. When she gave us the food my husband asked again for sauce and she rolled her eyes at us. Once we got our food she immediately handed the bag to us no thank you nothing she looked like she didn’t even want to be working. We have been to this place many times at the same time never had we had issues. I proceeded to check the order and we were missing a taco. She kept saying everything is there. I said I just checked check the bag she said no everything is there. Why would I fight for a taco when I just payed for a $50 dollar order makes no sense. I got upset started talking in Spanish saying stuff out of anger because I just got off work working a long shift from 5 am until 1 am the next day for her to be rude and yelling at us. And saying she felt threatened and she was going to call the cops. Makes no sense why I would argue about and item missing when I payed $50 all ready. The problem is if she’s not happy working there. She needs to quit and find another job and not take it out on clients she has a paycheck because of us spending our hard earned money there. And trust me after a long day of work the only thing I want to do is enjoy a meal before the next shift. And this gal is sure going to make sure you keep loosing customers. Attitude is way way too nasty coming from her. And I sure won’t be coming back to spend my money there and she needs a reality check that she has a paycheck because of us clients. Read moreI went through the drive-through on 5/5/18. I ordered a 12 pack a tacos, 2 drinks and a cheese rollup. Total was $23. This food was for 3, 13 year old girls. They began to eat and one of them found a hair in their taco. After she refused to eat any more, I called Taco Bell and informed the manager of what we had found and He said, " That's weird because everyone working tonight is bald." I told him the hair definitely did not come from these 3 girls due to the color and texture of the hair And the hair was definitely in the food. He then said he would put a 12 pack of tacos for tomorrow with my name on it. The remaining 2 girls continued to eat their tacos and a second hair was found, a different length and only about an inch long, light brown. I then gathered the remaining food, which was all but 3 tacos and drove back to Taco Bell. I had the two hairs on a paper plate. I drove up to the drive-through window, parked a ways away of from the window so I could get out of my car and go directly to the window. I explained to the manager that I had just called but after finding a second hair, I decided to come immediately back. At this point I saw a woman working with plenty of hair standing at the food counter where they make the tacos and I also saw a gentleman working with light brown hair about a half of inch long. I pointed out these 2 individuals to the manager since he had stated prior to me coming there, that all of the workers this evening were bald. Read moreWe went through the drive through around 6:30pm yesterday to order and after we received it I pulled over to make sure everything was there. I was only missing the 2pk of the birthday churros so I went in with my receipt and an employee asked me what was missing so I let him and know and he said okay and went to speak to a coworker about the missing item. That co worker proceeded to talk very badly about me right in front of me to the other workers. Saying “I KNOW I PUT EVERYTHING IN THERE THEYRE LYING I KNOW I PUT IT IN THERE, I KNOW I DID BUT YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, RIGHT?” I was shocked not so much at the bad mouthing about me but that it was so loud, in front of me and just the unprofessionalism was crazy. at least wait until the customer leaves if you’re going to bad mouth about them for just wanting to get what they did pay for. On top of it after I left when I got to home to eat, the rest of my order was also wrong.
