tl;dr Store kept my card, had to wait a day to get it back, manager Cassie was extremely condescending and rude and raised her voice across customers and staff, while pointing, to say "I'm sorry I don't know the circumstances in which you left your card here" despite me just telling her that it was kept by mistake.
After going through the drive thru last night, the cashier didn't give back my card. After frantically searching, I retraced my steps. After calling Wendy's over and over with no voicemail, I finally got an answer. The employee said my card was kept by mistake but they were closing so I'd have to wait. I came again today and waited in line to talk to an employee where I showed my ID and explained. They left and returned a while later with a manager (Cassie). She irritatedly asked my name and asked if I had ID. I provided it again and she compared both before pushing my ID and card back at me without saying anything. I asked her name, and told her their reaction seemed bizarre since I had been through a lot of panic and waiting to get my card back without even an apology. She raised her voice and said "I'm sorry I don't know the circumstances in which you left your card here" while pointing around the counter and store. I told her that I didn't leave it, it wasn't given back to me and asked for her district managers name. She refused and said she was not able to give out a name. I told her I have no way to contact them except through Google and wait for a response. She said "okay". I am a calm person and I challenge any leadership to pull the security footage from today at ~4pm. There are always two sides to all stories, so see for yourself.    Read moreThe guy taking our order was in such a hurry, (there was no line) that he didn't even give us time to place our order we would be ordering our burger and would ask another question like what drinks we wanted and he would interrupt again to ask what sauces we wanted. It was very frustrating to get a simple order for 4 out, but we eventually thought he got it right other than my drink (but I let that go) after we received our food my husband pulled around and I checked the bags just counted burgers and fries while my husband, loving went inside to order the drink I wanted. Everything appeared to be there, (I should have opened burgers and checked labels on sauces.) We got home and it was all wrong my sons burger was correct, ketchup and pickles. Husband's was correct, but mine and my daughters was the wrong burgers entirely (nothing special ordered, 2 Jr bacon cheeseburger 4 for 4s) We ordered sweet and sour with each meal and added a thing of ranch and BBQ, got all ranch and BBQ.
