Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Paso Robles

Only gave it a two because it was my husband who went there and he said that their employees were rude and not at all helpful or polite with him. I have the same problem when I'm there with poor customer service and rudeness from staff but I sit for as long as I like in the galley and use their free WiFi when our is down in our complex so I don't make it a big deal over their service. They leave me be to use wifi and I overlook their rudeness. All other food place with free WiFi has time limits how long you can be in their place and requires purchase of food or drink to be in their place, except Starbucks and Carl's Jr.. Starbucks gets overcrowded easily due to limited floor space and that makes lots of noise but Carl's Jr. has a big open space galley and even when it's busy it's not overcrowded and loud and you don't feel rushed or...

The morning staff at this location is hands down the nicest customer service staff I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant! They are very kind and respond to my very energetic child with a smile and kind words! They make the food fresh and everything has always been served hot and fresh for me! Never given cold items/hashbrowns so on.. the food seems to taste better then other Carl's jrs. I think they change their grease more regularly as it shows in the fresher taste of deep fried items! They make switches for me since I dont eat meat ,without hassle, unlike some other Carl's jrs. if I am in a rush this is my breakfast choice haha I recommend it :) the beyond plant based burger is also delicious, try it in the new western way OMGoodness it is...

How I always order at any fast food. "Kids meal". I want my kid to be happy first. When they finally gave me my food first. The kids meal was in a regular bag. NO TOY! Just a cookie 😡

I work at a convenient store. My medium drink is a 32oz. When I got my medium drink for my combo order. It was a 24oz cup 🤔 I am paying $15 for a combo meal and get a small drink!? That doesn't add up.

Not to mention. Almost driving off with out the drinks. Yep. Y'all forgot the drinks the first time.
