Marv's Pizza And Sports Bar — Restaurant in Paso Robles

I will NEVER be back here!!! Orders from their website, it said Order ready for pick up. Get there and it’s not ready. “Manager” says “why are you here your order isn’t even ready!” I said your website said it was. He then tells me that the fryer is backed up and it’ll be about 9 minutes! At the time they had a CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MIXER starting so they were more concerned with that then anything else. I had to go out to my car to get my phone went back in and waited. Called my husband to let him know I’m going to be late with dinner and told him what was happening then while on the phone the “manager” comes over and INTERRUPTS me while I’m on the phone and shows me something on his table and was pretty pissy and says “look your order isn’t ready” don’t know what he showed me BECAUSE I WAS ON THE PHONE!!! He then goes back to serving alcohol to the chamber guests, again more worried about them then you know HIS JOB!

After over 25 minutes of waiting and the chamber mixer setting up speakers right in front of where I was sitting I WAS DONE AND PISSED! Went to the counter and asked for a refund and the “manager”” tells me NO I HAVE TO CALL DOORDASH! I never ordered through DoorDash! I ordered directly on Marvs Pizzas website!!

Soooooo I left with NO FOOD AND NO REFUND!!! Now I have to deal with doing a chargeback on my card and all that hassle!!!

I will NEVER EVER SET FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE! Hope it...

I was a little hesitant , but as soon as I opened the door—- my man Mahommes greeted me, so I KNEW I was about to enjoy myself! I ordered a sandwich— chicken pesto , came with an AMAZING salad, price point was good since it was an amazeballs-sandwich… the server was Extraordinary.. I think her name was Emily, not sure—- smiled the entire time to everyone, it was super busy and even while helping people order she still said welcome salutations to everyone that came in.. tvs with all sports on throughout , best part??? In the bathroom!!! Everything was super clean even out front which was always pretty questionable before Bob bought it.. He has really done a good job!! I would add a pool table and some live music , but that is just me :)...

I guess this place is under new management.

First strike - noone really knew what they were doing. They didn't know the beer selection, and couldn't answer questions about what was on tap.

Strike two - we ordered a large chicken garlic delight ($35), and chicken wings ($14), we recieved the regular garlic delight without chicken. When we asked about it the said they'd remake, but we opted for just an order of garlic cheese bread.

STRIKE THREE, upon receiving the check we were charged for the chicken garlic delight, I asked the manager about it and he said they would take 15% off the check, upon getting the CC receipt, it was $3 higher not 15% less.

Even though the food itself was great, you can't make up for staff not...
