Arby's — Restaurant in Pauls Valley

The first bad review I’ve ever left, but our experience at the Arby’s in Paul’s Valley was terrible. When we are at the window waiting on our food, we were asked to pull forward because the chicken nuggets gad to finish cooking. 15 minutes later and still no food (when chicken nuggets only take a few minutes to cook). I finally backed up to the window because there was no one there. A lady asked if she could help me and I asked her if our order was almost ready. She closed the window and then came back to the window and said the chicken strips were about to be ready. When we were brought our food we barely got an apology that did not sound sincere. We pulled off without checking the bag because we were so ready to get out of there. We were missing one of our 3 orders of nuggets that we paid for, AND they were barely warm, but supposedly they had just got finished cooking! Our sandwiches were also barely warm, and my husbands did not come with the bread that we specifically asked for twice and it was repeated back to us, so he didn’t even eat his sandwich because he hates onions. I think they flat out forgot about us, which would have been better to admit, and make it right instead of lying and acting like they were waiting on nuggets for them to be...

The food is great love the jamocha shakes and market fresh options but went through the drive thru reciept at 108 pm (1 jamocha shake and 2 orders nuggets) they asked me to pull forward no problem at 112 red head man comes out with 3 bags gives 2 bags to first car and brings 1 to suv both waiting in front of me the suv says something to him and he goes in comes back out with a bag with a receipt on it looks like my order and gives it to the suv then comes to me and says i be right back with your order at 120 i head in the store he still hasnt come back i was ignored for approximately 4 minutes then i say you clocked my order out at 108 after 12 minutes i came in i think you gave away my order he says i did not give away your order no apology just attitude i get back to my car at 125 i could have gotten more than chicken nuggets from a sit down diner in that amount of time.how long does it take to cook nuggets 3 minutes or 5 minutes? 105pm-125pm on nuggets...

So I approached the cashier, who happened to be the general manager, i smiled and said hello how are you, and she just kind shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say much. I thought, okay, not a good start. I ordered my food and they were quick about my order, but I realized I forgot to order something so I asked if I could add something to my order and the general manager acted like i somehow inconvenienced her life at that moment. I asked her, everything okay? She just sighed and said that they were short staffed. Folks, i can understand if you are short staffed, but don’t make it out like i am to blame for ordering. I am sorry if I forgot something, but what happened to manners and customer service? Arbys, you guys need to step up your game when it comes to management snd customer service. There was a young, blonde girl working and she had a far better spirit and attitude than her general manager....
