Visited your store on 12-29-24
I recently visited your store during a time when it was empty of other customers, and I wanted to share my experience. Upon entering, I noticed the employees were watching videos on their phones without headphones, which felt unprofessional.
As I was adding a line to my account, I asked an employee if the store was going out of business due to the disorganized appearance. They replied no, explaining that the displays hadn’t been unpacked or set up because they are locked away every night. However, it was well into the afternoon (after 2 PM), and this task still hadn’t been completed.
Additionally, the carpet had visible trash and leaves on the floor, further contributing to an unkempt environment. The employees seemed unconcerned and inattentive, which gave the impression that serving customers was not a priority.
I believe this feedback highlights an opportunity to improve the store’s cleanliness, organization, and employee focus on customer service. I trust you value your customers’ experiences and will take steps to address these concerns.

Read moreMy experience on Thursday, 9/18 was disappointing. I arrived at 10am to locked doors, so I waited. When the doors were still locked at 10:13 I called and when no one answered, I went to another location. The other location didn’t have the exact phone I was looking for, so once again I called the Kedron location hoping an employee would answer (by now it’s about 10:45.) I believe Matthew answered the call. I explained that I wanted to make sure a specific phone in a specific color was there before I came. He told me they had it in stock and I told him I’d see him soon. Upon arrival, he greeted me, went to the back to retrieve the phone and returned empty-handed, stating that it was there during his last shift which was 2 DAYS PRIOR. Obviously this store is poorly run, with at least 1 lazy employee. (Except Miranda, I spoke with her previously and she seemed very competent.)
