If I could give this location negative stars, I would. They may be speedy and quick for delivery but the experience I had was a horrible one at this restaurant. After having my food delivered at my work place, come to find there is no complete sandwich. It was just ham, lettuce and mayo rolled up in paper which was unacceptable. If I wanted to get just some lettuce, mayo and ham i could have just went to the grocery store. Then they charge 10 dollars for some mess. I drive to the store to try and get reconciled for the money I spent on a incomplete order and the delivery charge and only offered a cookie to make up for the wrong order. One of the guys working there said that he got my order confused. How the hell do you make a sanwhich with no bread???? I clearly said on the phone I wanted a #1 PEPE ON WHEAT BREAD. There needs to be training on how to take orders over the phone and deal with a customer's problem. The guy on the phone should have repeated my order if the order did not sound right. Well that's not all of the story...today was my off day from work and someone went to my job and delivered my actual order from YESTERDAY without calling to see if I was there! My colleague calls and ask me did I order from Jimmy Johns and had it delivered to the office and I told her no. She said the driver was very rude to her after asking about the wrong order that was delivered yesterday and then tells her to just give it to someone at the office to compensate messing over my order. They probably spit on the sandwich and delivered it. I have yet to receive any calls from management or the corporate office to apologize. This was very unacceptable and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...
Read moreIf no star was an option I would give this location a Zero. Store employees and leadership need training on customer service. I was in the area shopping today 6/27/20. Entered the location at 10:40 upon entering the location I get a look of why are you here, and was not greeted. After asking if the location was open I was advised they were open however are working catering orders and would not be able to take my order or make my sandwich for 20 minutes. ( MGR Andrew) For the average business catering orders are submitted in advance.. So why were these orders not worked prior to opening? and if you have a facing customer then service should not be denied as their were multiple employees working! I will be speaking with the corporate office Monday as I got the indication it was more to why services were denied. This location needs customer services training, organization training , and need to learn how to multitask. This is not the only restaurant in the area so customer retention especially with location should be a priority! In Jimmy Johns slogan being Freaky Fast is mentioned, This location in comparison to my experience of other locations lack and need a change...
Read moreOrdered at the counter last night about 7:35pm at the PTC a store location. We placed our order and then stepped outside while they prepared, as there was another customer after us so we wanted to stay social distant. I may have commented at the moment, if I had seen them prepare our sandwich.
We ordered the 8” Big John (roast beef) and a 16” Smokin’ Kickn’ chicken. We asked to hold the peppers on half of the chicken but they held the tomato on half. The sub did not look anything like the photo, very small quantities on all the fixings. The flavor was o.k. The roast beef sub was very much the same. Very meager amount of roast beef and slim on the fixins, taste was ok.
We have ordered from this location several times and I have used them multiple times for work lunch meetings, all with great reviews and nice looking sandwiches. I don’t know if it was because they close at 8pm and they were short on ingredients or if in general, the store quality has changed. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a questionable return. Again, this is the first time we have had a bad experience at this...
