Very disappointed.
Took the fam there around 6pm for a quick bite and we didn’t come close to finishing our meals.
Please note that this place was not busy. Maybe 2-3 other sets of customers there.
Upon arrival, went to restroom. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned the entire day. No paper towels… ok. That’s fine…. We order, wife and I both get the “bowls”. I get steak, she gets chicken. Pretty much all the add-ons to go with. Kid gets chicken quesadilla kids meal. We go to sit down… every table has noticeable mess to it. Crumbs, tomatoes on the floor, etc. We proceed to tidy up our area in an effort to give ourselves a comfortable eating space. Next we head to the fill our 2 fountain drinks, there’s no ice. Still have yet to take a bite and miraculously not bothered at this point. Settle in to begin to eat, both bowls were beyond bland. The lettuce hadn’t been cut so it’s these huge leaves of lettuce covering the bowl. Quinoa was massively over cooked to the point of becoming something close to grits (and not the good kind of grits). Some of the beans in the bowl were hard. Meat was very bland and I just started thinking about food poisoning, etc at this point. Approx 7 or so bites into it, the wife and i stopped around the same time and were just like “nope” in regards to continuing eating. Kid already eats like a squirrel so she was ready to get to the cookie. Chocolate chip of some kind and it was even terrible… how do you mess up a cookie? $38 meal and it was I’d say a 2 out of 10. The 2 is only there because wife and kid both liked the chips so they basically had chips for dinner. Pretty obvious that the employees could care less about the product or the environment. Go the chipotle or Q’Doba, etc to satisfy your burrito bowl-ish needs. We won’t...

Asked for extra steak and was told that they may not have enough then was told that she would just give me the little bit that was left and told me I would be charged for the extra portion even though it was barely more than one. Then was given half the amount of queso that goes in the serving spoon and was told it would be extra as well. Have no problem paying extra for things when I am given the full amount. Maybe if the workers weren’t spending all the time making small talk with other customers for the time I was there they may have had time to make more queso or steak instead of trying to not give their full effort and just push me out of there. Also was handed just a burrito in tin foil with no bag and had to ask for my chips and salsa that is labeled all over the restaurant “free” with every meal. I told the incompetent female manager on staff that my debit card was charged and to refund me money. Well to no surprise my card was charged. I called twice and no other manager knew how to fix this problem (a refund). Do not visit this location. Bad service, I will not visit location again. I love the franchise on Virginia Avenue in Atl!
Just walked again ( 3 April 2018) with the same rude and incompetent female manager on duty, (that refused to refund my money) a month ago. The young server begins to help me and she tells him to do something else and I'm left standing there waiting on someone to assist me. I hope the owner understands this type of service will coat you business. No one at my job was eating at this place.
