Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

My husband posted a review but I’d like to add onto this as I have some other qualms, me and my husband came in around 9~ at night, it’s open till 1am so I assumed the food would still be fine. Me and him have both worked in food industry since we were able to work up until recently (5 ish years, in actual restaurants.) we’re really patient because of this and can completely understand a lot of things that happen.

We came in and it took about 10 ish minutes to be sat, a lot of tables were dirty which is completely fine but their were also around 2-3 servers just standing in one of what looked like a entrance to the kitchen? From the left side? Made eye contact with these servers at least 2 times while they were talking and nobody helped us. Mind you the FOH seater seemed really, really busy, like he was doing other things. I don’t see why the servers couldn’t have helped him? Maybe theirs a different system here then I’ve seen elsewhere, but I’d implore you to teach your team to help eachother.

Anyways after being sat it took maybe 10-15 more minutes to be greeted, our server was busy and she was honestly amazing. Props to her for dealing with this type of place. I’m sure she’s overworked and underpaid as is, I don’t remember her name but she was shorter and had locs.

Me and my husband both ordered unlimited wings, $40, no biggie. My issue is more so that the flavors are so…lacking? Not to mention the chicken itself. The chicken was dry & overcooked, the flavors were odd. I got mango habanero and it was really spicy, which is fine to each their own, some people like spicier. But it’s definitely more spicy than sweet, I got orange chicken and the best way to describe it was tangy? Also had both sweet BBQ and Honey BBQ which were fine, but the chicken on both had likely either been reheated in the fryer or under the heat lamp for a while so they were dried out and really hard to eat. The sauce was also cold. Garlic Parm was way to salty for its own good, Nashville hot was pretty good, Asian zing was pretty good, jammin jalapeño which is a lot sweeter than you’d expect and still held expectations for spice. Their hottest flavor was very hot, held up to expectations which was nice. I will definitely say their heat rating is completely off..but it’s not a big deal.

All wings we had were really dry and hard, so maybe that affected my rating, but I’ll say this was my first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings and I expected more & better, I drove 40 minutes to try out the food just for it to be almost insulting to eat. The atmosphere was basically non existent, lady who looked to be a manager looked inconvenienced by existing. The waits were genuinely asinine because why am I waiting 30 minutes for a six count of wings? It just wasn’t good.

I would say don’t waste your time & money coming here but I doubt the servers deserve that and they need to make money, so if you come here at least tip your server but don’t expect anything extraordinary from the kitchen or the managers, and maybe come here drunk for a better experience on...

BITTER BITTER EXPERIENCE One of the WORST customer service. We had to literally call the server several times to get just water. And actual food or drinks that guy took time for ever. When we approached a manager kind of person to let him know the server is taking too much time to bring drinks/food. To our surprise in-turn this guy himself took hell lot of time.

Then another server comes and just take 1 or 2 items order and listening to another item he says awkwardly I am not the one who is serving this table and goes away.

Ok. When the actual server comes with an item he just throws the item on the table and hurriedly goes away and if we try to stop him to say some thing he irritatingly says 'HOLD ON'. And then he never comes back again.

With great difficulty if we catch him and ask him to take order he just listen to one item and then pushes away without listening completely.

A lot to write.......

But any ways finally he comes with a bill which is combined with several items from some other table. We patiently went thru all items and pointed out that some items are not ours then his answer is ' OH I WAS CONFUSED' and hurriedly goes away to change the bill. There is another big story in correcting the bill. BUT this restaurant as a WHOLE needs a lot of introspection on how a server should be and how a restaurant as a team should serve customers.

We found almost all of the staff is so pathetic and irresponsible and dumb.

One small example. We ordered Nachos and eating and not even the nachos are 10% we ate (this is at the end of our dining time). That guy came in a hurry and asking us if we are done with Nachos basket. How in this world in any restaurant anyone asks about a dish which is not even 50% complete asking to take it away from customer. So pathetic.

I saw other reviews here and the OWNER of this restaurant responding to the reviews and asking to contact them to make next service better.

There is no need some one to tell the OWNERS of the restaurant how well the restaurant staff is performing. If they have CCTV footages in the restaurant and everyday if they go thru all those footages they will understand how BAD/WORST this restaurant is doing. No need of any one explaining them how the restaurant is doing.

For the whole dining time we spent in this restaurant that evening, not an exaggeration but nearly 3 hours we tried very very hard to catch hold of the server and get only 3 beers/person. Otherwise we would have consumed nearly 6+ beers/person in general.

Our initially plan was to go to TACO-MAC. Since we visited TACO-MAC several times we thought for a change we will go to Buffalo Wild Wings....

I happen to come visit this Bdubs location today shortly after opening time which is 11am which being on a Thursday not as busy as say Friday or Saturday but when they run the boneless wings buy one get one free which is generally offered at all there locations however they were also running and for a limited time as well all you can eat wings and fries for $19.99(boneless only) or you can pay $5 more and get all traditional(bone in)wings how it works is they start off by bringing you 10 wings with 2 sauce choices and side of French Fries, carrots and celery however you can also choose between tater tots or wedges though it comes at $1 up charge from than on it’s 6 wings and fries (upon request) now based upon my experience here at this location and considering I read some of the reviews after I visited this location I don’t really get all the complaints from some of the people on here but anyways upon coming in I noticed there wasn’t a host at the front to greet anyone although I spoke with a lady at the main desk and she seemed friendly and the server I had whose name I can’t quite really remember did a fantastic job as going for how many times he checked in on me, refilling my drinks and just being a honest humble and quite humorous somewhat of a character I may quite say although in a good way the wait times it was fair but given some of the traffic of people coming in it was understandable the food was actually really good the wings were piping hot and perfect upon each time they were brought out which was two times for me will get onto that in just a little bit so anyways I asked the waiter for boneless and chose first salt&vinegar dry rub and bbq ranch sauce when it was dropped off at my table the wings were hot and steamy and yummy second course followed later at which I asked to do mix and match given that Thursday you already get boneless at a steep discount didn’t want to just keep eating boneless wings as I wanted my moneys worth so I waited maybe 40 minutes-1 hour later and server came back to my surprise a plate of 10 chicken wings traditional mix of drums/flats and tater tots which was $1 extra same as first plate wings were hot potatoes were crunchy as tots should be upon me finishing I asked for dessert which of my choosing was there loaded ice cream that was good enough although I didn’t take any photos of any of the food or restaurant itself I hope that by writing this review as lengthy it may seem people may find a little light in what I have to say here and give this place a try you will be...
