Ordered curbside pickup Sit in my vehicle for 35 minutes. Went in the store to inquire about my order and I didn't complain. There was one other customer inside who also sit in her vehicle for an extended period of time. I was told pizza ordered 40 minutes ago was being prepared as we spoke. I questioned the clerk because it was now 45 minutes later. 4 minutes later the cook delivered a cold--not even warm pizza Which means it had been sitting for 30-35.
Mgr offered to fix another one but I had already wasted 55 minutes of my time. The black clerk with a ball of hair on the top of her head left another customer and rudely crossed in front of the newer clerk. She then rudely grabbed my pizza and angrily threw it in the trash. And I still did not complain.
She went back to helping the customer as if her actions were not disrespectful. She went back to the cook and I heard him say it was not my fault her pizza sat there so long.
Once the Mgr completed my refund for the pizza, I asked for a receipt. She informed me that it was impossible to give me a receipt. I asked her to email my refund status which I never received.
I expressed my concern about the young ladies rudeness and the Mgr showed no remorse for the lack of integrity shown by the cook who literally lied about my pizza sitting on the shelf over 30 minutes, and the black sister who disrespectfully bullied me the customer, and silently bullied an elder for inquiring about her food.
I work in customer service and no matter what the situation may be, I always apologize for any delays, mishaps or inconveniences.
Companies hire young people who bully people for asking questions. They act as if quality customer service is not a priority anymore. And the young Mr was just as bad.
There are too many mature young adults who appreciate having a job, and take praise in being of...
Read moreI have been to this location several times. It is hit or miss, sometimes dirty, sometimes clean, usually the staff is nice though and the food comes quick. Decided to order delivery with the current pandemic. Normally it comes quickly as I live 5 miles away. I figured today was going to be a bit of a delay but no problem. After ordering I checked the tracking and it said it would be there within 30 minutes. Cool. 30 minutes later it showed delivered... but no food. I figured an employee must have hit the wrong button in the delivery app. No problem, waited a bit longer. An hour since I order and food still wasnt here so I called to check up on the order as I live in an apartment and was concerned it went to the wrong unit. The woman on the phone was rude and abrupt talking about how they are short staffed, which I totally understand but that is no reason to go off on a customer simply checking on the status of an order that is 30 minutes past due and reading as delivered. Finally after an hour and a half, my food arrived. Soup was delicious, went to dive into what was supposed to be a salad with extra dressing. I was excited to see that I had an extra cup of dressing (normally it comes with two but I had three) because it means they listened. The issue is is that every cup WAS LESS THAN A THIRD FULL. Not only is that not what I asked for but its wasteful. Why waste so much plastic when all of the dressing could have easily fit into one cup. I understand we are all stressed right now and I appreciate you being...
Read moreTried to order online, and the Cuban sandwich was unavailable via the website. I called the location and spoke with the manager, who assured me that they had all the ingredients to make the cuban in house, and was told to check the website again. I did as instructed, and of course the cuban was unavailable. I called back and spoke to the manager again. I figured since the website was obviously having issues that I could place my order over the phone, and then come pick it up. Instead of making an exception to whatever terrible policy they have against taking orders over the phone, she argued with me. This is not how you treat customers, especially ones who are patrons at your location frequently. Your company's website was incorrect, you told me twice that you could make the sandwich we wanted, and then you refuse to take the order? this is where a good manager would simply say "for you, I'll make an exception, just know our policy dictates we do not take togo orders over the phone in the future, what would you like sir?"... Living in Atlanta, togo services/delivery services are big business. A lot of families are busy and do not have time to spare. If I was trying to order something that WAS available via your website, I totally would understand refusing to take my order, but that was not the case here. I have been in the culinary field for over a decade and worked customer service. You should have made an exception... instead of arguing. You have lost our business and we will not...
