Krystal — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

Came to this Krystal location at 9:50pm from the other Krystal location on Holcomb bridge. There seems to be some sort of “boycott” or whatever? None of these Krystal locations stay open the hours that are listed. Every employee I’ve seen inside these locations, stare at you as if you have no business being there. What’s really good Krystal?

Update 6-4-22: So I decided to give this Krystal location another shot and boy oh boy what regret I have! My boyfriend and I went to Krystal at 9:30am to get some quick breakfast before a road trip, we wanted their original breakfast scramble, they’re out of grits. Then we decided to order the country fried steak biscuit, they’re out of white gravy but we ordered it anyway. That should’ve been my cue to just drive off but we got the biscuits anyway. About 20 minutes on the highway, I opened the wrapper, the biscuits were burnt on both sides. I told myself to hell with it and gave the top of the biscuit to the fur babies (they enjoyed it since it was crunchy) and I added strawberry jam to the top of the steak to eat it with one side of the biscuit. Man oh man when I took a bite out of this steak….THE MEAT WAS SPOILED!!!! I threw up on my steering wheel and had to pull over!! You wouldn’t notice it until you bit into the steak! 1/26/2023 Stopped by for breakfast. Got the 3 egg plate.

The employee who took my order, did not seem happy to be working (tone of voice).

When I ordered, I was the only car in line, but was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. Knowing the only thing that needed to be cooked was three over medium eggs and toast, this irritated me.

I left the location after getting my food, I received bread, not toast. It wasn't worth the hassle of returning for a refund or toast as I have to work.

My definition of toast is a golden brown on both sides, not a barely warm white slice of bread.

I doubt I will be returning to this location.

My biggest problem with restaurants is when they hire people that take zero pride in what they do.

This Krystal is always incredibly slow. I went there today at lunch because all the other fast food was busy with Chick Filet having cars out to the main road to get in to the drive thru and it was closed. A guy had been waiting about 10 minutes to order another parked his car and went to the door and it was locked and no one was inside. It confirms that whoever owns this franchise has the worst management structure you can imagine and that they really don't care if they run a profitable restaurant. With all the other fast food busy and Wendy's closed for a couple of months because of renovation you would think someone would say - this is an opportunity for us to make money and boost our bottom line.
