CAVA — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

Literally the worst location you can go to and it’s ghetto as hell! Let me tell you what happened today, I made an online order and in the picture attached, you’ll see that I added chicken and vegetables. OK keep that for your reference. I go to the store.and no one is in line, so I ask where is my order? The girl behind the counter says “go look in the section where online orders are” and I go look but while I go look, she calls me back and says “I’m gonna make your order now” so that was confusing. Then she starts making my bowl, so she has a receipt taped to her arm so I’m assuming she’s building everything that’s on that receipt. When she gives me my order, I ask her, “where is my pita chips?” She and the manager both told me that I didn’t order the pita chips and that if I wanted some, I had to pay for it so I didn’t feel like arguing and I left to go check my receipt outside away from these two idiots. I go outside. I check my online order and it says I paid for pita chips so then I walk in. I showed the girl who made my bowl the screen. She looks at it with an attitude and then doesn’t say “I’m sorry”, doesn’t say “sorry for your inconvenience”, but then the kid behind the counter already knew why I was coming in and gave me the chips and I walked out. Now I was already pissed because of the attitude I was getting from her and so I was gonna complain regardless. Now, when I open the bowl, I look in the bowl start stirring the bowl, there is no chicken , there’s no vegetable, and I am surprised that this is something that can be missed so blatantly!This girl must’ve had a real crappy day for her to avoid the two biggest things in a bowl and give me all the side items but no chicken no and no vegetables! So then I start calling the store. No one picks up. No one picks up again when I call as the vcml is full. So my recommendation to all you out there who see these five star reviews these are all fake. You will have a terrible experience at this location. They are the most irritating crew of people who are so unprofessional, like how do you forget chicken how do you forget that component in a bowl like what is going on? I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my visit to your Peachtree Corners location on August 12, 2025, at 12:11 PM

From the beginning, the service fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, I greeted staff with “good afternoon” but was ignored by the first employee to assist me—who I later learned was the manager. I also noticed my portion size was noticeably smaller than those of customers served before and after me.

At the next station, another employee—whose demeanor suggested they were not fit for duty—was visibly displeased when I requested pita chips without salt. The cashier then charged me for an item I did not order.

When my friend and I decided to speak with a manager, the cashier called her over. However, instead of addressing us, she bypassed us to assist another customer who had not requested her. Only after I projected my voice a bit did she acknowledge me. Her response to our concerns was dismissive, stating she had “the health department” there and “didn’t have time,” before simply issuing a refund.

This experience left me feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and undervalued as a customer. The lack of professionalism—from greeting and portion consistency to the manager’s conduct—was unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on hospitality and quality.

I request that this matter be reviewed seriously, that staff training be reinforced at this location, and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure such treatment is not repeated. I would also appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been documented and addressed.

I am updating my review. my newest visit was 3/28. This visit was great!!! Shakira and Neva made it wonderful. My only disappointment was they no longer have the beef meatballs on the menu and were out of the Spicy Lamb Meatballs. They now have Braised Lamb, but it doesn't beat the Spicy Lamb Meatballs. Overall, a wonderful visit!!!!

I have been to this location on many occasions. The parking is good and in the evening well lit.

The interior is always nice and clean. There is ample seating both inside and out.

I enjoy the bowls vey much. I like you can do your own bowl. I like the Harissa Hummus, Harissa Honey Chicken, Spicy Lamb Meatballs and the Roasted Vegetables. They used to have regular meatballs, but I guess they removed them from the menu. They have various toppings. I like the Black Lentils, Pickled Red Onions and the Persian Cucumbers, to name a few. They several dressings to choose from, but my favorite is the Hot Harissa Vinaigrette. I love spicy as you can tell from my selections. If you are not in the mood for a bowl, they do have pitas.

I really love the drinks they offer, my favorites are the Blueberry Lavender and Cucumber Mint Lime. They also have fountain sodas, sweet tea and lemonade. Canned sparkling water is also available.

Personally, I have not had a bad experience. My interactions with the staff has been pleasant. My two criticisms is not allowing patrons to pay with cash.
